A few hours later the sun was up, and we were still looking for Octavia. Finn sighed and turned to Bellamy and I. "I got nothing, we lost the trail."

"Keep looking." I muttered, pushing past Finn, and into the mud.

"Wandering around aimlessly is not the right way to find your sister." Finn looked to Bellamy, "We should back track."

"I'm not going back."

"Hey, where's John?" Asked one of the girls who followed us, looking around rather frantically.

"I just saw him a second ago. . ." Jasper trailed off, turning to look behind him.

"Spread out." I shouted, turning to the side and taking a few steps.

"He couldn't have gotten that far." Bellamy said. A muffled thud sounded from behind me, and I turned to see the limp body of John, blood covering the top of his shirt due to to the massive gash across his throat. He really didn't get that far.

"They use the trees." Finn stated, and everyone's eyes diverted to the leaves above us.

"We shouldn't have crossed the boundary."

"Can we go back, now?"

"Look, there."

I turned to see the silhouette of a man- a grounder standing a few yards ahead of us. Seeing a few more surround us, I looked to Bellamy with my eyebrows pulled together. "We should run."

"I second that." Finn said as the entire group picked up their speed, and we ran. Bellamy grasped onto my wrist, and Finn and Jasper pulled up along side us.

"Let's go. LETS GO!" Bellamy screamed at five teens running behind us. My side began to ache terribly.

"What are we gonna do? What if they just keep killing us off?" The boy with he short hair yelled up to Bellamy.

"SHUT UP AND JUST KEEP RUNNING." Someone yelled to him, and I jumped over the stump of a fallen tree.

"I can't run for much longer." I said to Bellamy, and a second later, Jasper shouted a phrase very similar.

"I'm sick of running, anyway." He said, stopping.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Finn asked, trying to pull Bellamy along.

"They know where she is, they've got to." Bellamy growled.

The Roma girl shouted for the fourth boy, Diggs, seeing as I couldn't see him anymore. He shouted out for her, somewhere to my right, and I ran towards Roma with the little energy I had left.

When I had caught up to her, I also caught sight of Diggs with blood dribbling down his chin, no doubt having been impaled. Roma ran off, and I yelled her.

"There could be more, stop!" Finn warned her.

"They're leading us over here, it's the only direction we could run." Jasper realized for all of us.

"Yeah,okay." I said, nodding. "But where did they all go?

"After Roma." I followed the sound of her screams, running besides Jasper.

When we found Roma, she was already dead. I still by Jasper when he suddenly shouted, following the comment Finn made about killing us whenever. "THEN THEY SHOULD GET IT OVER WITH. COME ON! COME ON!"

"Jasper, stop!" I hit his shoulder, trying to make him shut his mouth. Finn grabbed onto him, telling him to shut up as well.

"WE KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE!" He yelled again. The blonde girl yelled to Bellamy and I as grounders approached, quickly. Several grounders.
