When times are burdensome, when life turns its back on you, when you begin to misplace hope of success, and when help is slow in arriving, remain loyal. For Indeed Allah is Al-Hakim (The Perfectly Wise), and He is sufficient for you.

When adversity descends upon you, when a calamity strikes you, and when you are encompassed with trials and tribulations and the threat of emotional destruction. During such times, do not run to people for aid, and do not depend on anyone, remain faithful. For indeed, Allah is As-Salam (The Source of Peace) and He is sufficient for you.

When affliction overtakes you, when debt weighs down on you, when poverty leads to depression, when you want something you cannot obtain, remain steadfast. For indeed Allah is Ar-Razzaq (The Sustainer), and He is sufficient for you.

So when help is slow in coming, when success in this life is postponed, and when a crisis seems to much to bear, Wallahi, do not be sad. For indeed, Allah is sufficient for you (Quran, 3:173). And be not afraid, surely Allah is with us (Quran, 9:40).
