ZAYN'S P.O.V.
Maybe I wasn't the only one who was getting tired of Kloe walking out on us like that. Maybe I was. One thing's for sure, it was still the same reason: Harry. He had his eyes closed as he sighed on the bed. We all were staring at him, waiting for him to explain but it was taking too long. I was on the edge of my seat already.
"Okay," I broke the silence. "What happened this time?"
"Please don't tell me you broke up with her already," Niall sounded like a little starving boy but Harry still didn't answer. Maybe it was one of those moments that had to be kept between the two of the, but I didn't care. We had to know. We had to help them sort out their drama once and for all.
Standing up, I left Perrie who was sitting on the floor with the food in front of her. I took a big step over the food and walked over to the bed, sitting by the foot of the bed. "Harry," I rested my hand on Harry's ankle as I spoke. "What is it?" Harry had his hands clasped atop his head while his eyes were still closed like he was trying to block us out.
"Harry," I said again, trying to make my voice softer. "What did to tell Kloe?"
His eyes shot open wide but he wasn't saying a word. The others gasped as they stared at me, their mouths ajar. What was happening? "What?" I asked, the cluelessness in my voice almost irritating.
"You remembered her name," Harry spoke up.
"Oh," was all I was able to say. I guess I did. That was the first time I ever said her name aloud. I wondered when I was able to remember her name. It was quite strange, though, knowing her name.
"And I told her," Harry sighed, swinging his legs to the side of the bed so that his feet were flat on the ground, "That she couldn't go on tour with us." I understood both sides of the argument so I couldn't decide who was right and who had the fault in this situation. Normally, I would've sided with Kloe but now I wasn't taking sides at all.
Even if I could, I wouldn't take Perrie with us on tour because there's more to her life than just me. If I took her on tour, I would be isolating her. She was destined for greater things than sleeping in a tour bus that wasn't even hers and watching our shows. Perrie had her own bus to crash in, her own shows to perform in and her own fans to love. Sure, I'd miss her like crazy but it would be for the best.
Harry turned to me and raised his eyebrows. "Would it be too much like before if I chased her again?" He asked with his smile that drove the lasses nutters.
"Do you know where she would've gone?" I asked, not having a single clue. "She said she'd only go back home once we leave tomorrow so I doubt she'd gotten a taxi home." I thought about all the times Kloe refused to leave our hotel room. It wasn't because she hated her family or her house in particular but all this time, she never told us. But just then did I really wonder why.
She was making the most of her time with us. She knew that this wouldn't last infinitely so she took every chance she could to be with us before Day 28.
"I think I know somewhere she might've gone," Harry answered, looking down at the ground and taking a few moments to think before making an effort to break into a run.
KLOE'S P.O.V.
Flashing lights in my mind, going back to the time
Playing games in the street, kicking balls on my feet
There's a numb in my toes, standing close to the edge
There's a pile of my clothes at the end of your bed
As I felt the breeze on my face, I looked down from a hundred feet where the cars looked small and the people looked even smaller. The other buildings were nearly as tall as this one but not even close to being as special. My eyes closed slowly as I inhaled the air from a hundred and thirty feet up in the air. The breeze was cooler from up here. I loved it.
