Laura and Katie had just left to do our laundry and grab some food, leaving me in the cabin by myself.

I decided to have a little tidy but I froze when I heard some footsteps walk up to our cabin door. They sounded deliberately quiet like they didn't want to be heard. I stayed still and watched the door carefully. My heartbeat raced a little when a small piece of paper was slid under the door and the footsteps retreated away again.

I let out a breath I had been holding and instantly made my way to the door and picked up the note.

I smiled as I read it.

Hello Beautiful!

Meet me behind the sports hall in 10?

M x

(AKA Your brothers hot English cabin friend!)

I couldn't help but laugh. He was as cocky as I remembered when I went to see my brother the other night.

Beginning to feel nervous, all I had to go on was that his name began with M. He'd been smiling at me for days and I could see the warning looks my brother had been giving him.

I took a deep breath and left the cabin, locking it behind me. I had to make this quick before the other two got back.

As I stepped closer and closer to the sports hall, my palms became a little sweaty and my heart was thumping in my chest. I hadn't spoken to a guy or been involved with one since I slept with Dan at the party, all before he chucked me for his next piece of meat. I'd been feeling delicate since then and still wasn't sure if I was ready to speak to someone new.

This new guy was English too! I would be taking a serious risk if I fell for him, he lived over four thousand miles away from me after all. Then it clicked, I hadn't told the girls yet, but I was moving to England as I wanted to study there for university.

This gave me hope and I picked up the pace towards the mysterious guy.

I rounded the final corner of the sports hall and there he stood. Leaning against the wall casually. He looked up towards me when he realised I had arrived. His dirty blonde hair was messy but undeniably hot. He looked even better in natural light and was taller than I originally thought.

I scanned his whole body. From the sexy smirk on his face, to the tight t-shirt that was clutching to his built up body.

"You came!" He spoke, seeming surprised that I had actually turned up. He pushed himself from the wall and came a little closer to me.

"Couldn't resist." I giggled, feeling nervous again.

"I don't think I told you my name before. I'm Matt Lake." He announced and continued to smile at me, taking in every aspect of me. I thought he was going to shake my hand, but instead he just rubbed the back of his neck. Everything about him was beginning to become extra seductive.

I felt a sense of realization, where had I heard of the last name Lake before? I swear Laura and Katie kept going on about some Lake brothers from England. This must be the brother of the guy Laura is going mad for!

She has been going stir crazy because she doesn't know if he is here or not. I don't think I'll bother telling her unless she doesn't see him tonight. I want her to find out for herself.

"Nice to meet you." I replied, flirting a little.

"Just to clarify, your brother gave me permission to speak to you."
"He did?" I didn't expect my brother to want me near anyone, but if this is his friend, he must trust him. Matt nodded. I was still in awe of how gorgeous this guy was. "That's a bit of a shock. He's usually over protective."
