It was chucking it down with rain today so some of our activities were cancelled. Me and Rachel were sat in our cabin with Oscar and Matt.

"I'm really worried about her. I just want to find out who did it!" Rachel moaned in frustration. I could see Matt tighten his grip around her as they cuddled on her bed. I sighed and turned to Oscar, who was now fast asleep on my bed. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at him and smile a little.

We hadn't made our relationship, if that's what you like to call it, official yet. But there was something definitely happening between the two of us. I'm not complaining though, he's gorgeous! I just hope he's not being hesitant because he lives in America and I live in England. At the end of camp, I'm not bothered if he doesn't want to carry on with it because that's some shitty long distance relationship, but I'm happy being with him for now.

"I'm worried about her too." I finally spoke up and looked towards the cuddly pair at the other side of the room.

"She will be fine, I spoke to Ryan last night about her." Matt admitted. Rachel suddenly sat up.
"You are such a typical man!" She looked distraught.
"What do you mean?" He asked with confusion.

"You've been sat with us all this time and didn't think to mention that you saw Ryan and he spoke about her!" I stated the obvious.

"Oh shit yeah, sorry." He gulped. "But yeah, I did speak to him. He was in a bit of a state though."
"State?" Rachel questioned.

"He came in quite late, he had blood all over his knuckles an-"
"He what?!" I stood up and raised my voice.
"Let me finish woman!" He smirked a little before continuing after I had sat back down. "As I was saying. No interruptions until I am finished please. He came in quite late, about midnight with blood all over his knuckles. I was as confused as you both. I let him sit down and explain... Laura is okay. She's dehydrated and is beaten up quite bad but she is coming back today. He left the hospital and went to confront Jane as soon as he got back."

"I know he went to speak to Jane... I'm just wondering, did he beat Jane up?!" Rachel questioned him with a frown.
"I said no interruptions." Matt replied before tickling Rachel lightly. She giggled a little and then let him continue.

"I thought the same when he told me but no, he didn't beat her up. He spoke to her and got really angry because she basically admitted that it was her who took Laura. He left before he got too angry and took it out on a tree." Matt said as he was trying hide the amusement on his face.

"Stop smiling, it isn't funny!" I moaned and threw a pillow at him.
"I'm not finding it funny, I'm kind of pleased he's angry at Jane. I've been wanting him to see sense for over a year after he started speaking, I mean, shagging her!" He couldn't contain his laughter anymore.

We all sat there waiting for Matt to stop being immature with his very non masculine laughter. The speaker in the cabin suddenly switched on.
"Good Morning Campers. In ten minutes all cabins will be inspected following the recent events within the camp grounds. You have five minutes to be in your cabins ready for the inspection. Thank you." Rhi's voice echoed through the room.

"I suppose this is the start of the investigation in order to catch Laura's attacker." Rachel sighed. Matt was now making his way out of the cabin when I realised Oscar was still snoring on my bed. I picked up the pillow from earlier and threw it at his head.
"Get up lazy, we have a cabin inspection in five minutes, you need to be in your cabin!" I said in an annoying tone. He groaned before sitting up a little.
