Sherlock and you rushed out of the lab and into Commander Barrymore's office. Sherlock sat at the computer and tapped a few keys binging it to life.
"No one has yet to figure out the password." Doctor Stapleton said from behind you. Sherlock started looking around the room. You were alittle busy watching him.
"He is a family mam. Although the dates or names associated with any of his children would be too obvious, so not that. He does seem to like Winston Churchill." Sherlock said standing. He looked at the bookcase before finally muttering and sitting back at the chair. He typed in what he thought to be the password and you smiled softly when the computer logged in.
You watched as he typed in HOUND. It took a second but the search results showed a chemical arousal that messed with the subjects brain. It made you see your worst fear. You blinked. A HOUND is not your worst fear, but it was what your brain was looking for.
Sherlock seemed to understand. He quickly closed out of the windows and rushed out of the building with you a John following close behind. John's phone rang. You slowed down with him and watched his facial expressions. Worry, then fear.
"What is John?" Sherlock asked from behind you.
"That was Henry's therapist. Henry has a gun. She is fine but he is having a melt down. He is going to the moor." John explained. You turned and Sherlock was already running.
"Call Lestrade. Have him meet us on the moor." Sherlock yelled to John.
"And tell him to bring a gun." Sherlock called out.
LATER ON THE MOOR.
"Sherlock be careful." You whispered behind him. You could practically feel the eye roll. You all stepped into the ravine to talk to Henry.
"Henry. You were right. It wasn't a HOUND though that killed your father. It was a doctor. He had to keep you scared when you started remembering things." Sherlock tried explaining. Fog surrounded you all and you heard the distinct howl. You whirled already pulling your gun. This did not help a already panicking Henry.
"The man. He killed your father. He used a drug to make you see something much more terrifying." Sherlock stated again. Henry was hysterical. Suddenly Sherlock backed away from something in fear. You tried to get to him, but saw yourself blocked by your father.
"I told you I would always find you." Your father said. Sherlock was yelling and you glanced over.
"Get out of the mist. it has the drug in it." Sherlock was yelling. You turned to your father to find the illusion gone. You ran up the side of the ravine out of the fog and took a deep breath. You could feel the slowing of your heart rate already. John had pulled out Henry and Lestrade appeared next to you.
The doctor, now realizing he was caught, took off running. John following close behind. You pulled your gun and aimed when the doctor ran into the Baskerville mine field. You blinked as the explosion lit up all your faces. John looked grim and you were shaking from head to toe.
"I told you I would find you." Kept replying like a bad record on repeat. You shook your head hard and started the long trek out. Henry had to be helped. At least this mess was going to be behind him.
"Y/n, are you okay?" Sherlock asked from beside you. His hand slipped into yours and gave a light squeeze. You swallowed hard and instead of answering pulled your hand away. Sherlock fell back to speak with John and you hummed quietly to yourself.
Later that night you settled into bed next to Sherlock. John was already asleep on the couch. After the boy's had decided to stay one more night as driving now would do none of us any good.

FanfictieSO I have been reading A LOT of these and none of them really live up to expectations. Not that that were bad, but they didn't capture Sherlock well enough except for the few in my reading list. Those were amazing. So I thought I would give it a sh...
