I remember
the first time
I saw the sunrise
I was seven
With a pink paper and a pencil
On my lap
I loved looking at the saturation of colors
Growing lighter and lighter
And maybe
Just maybe
I cried a little
With my heart
Engulfed with happiness
And i remember
The last time
I watched the sunrise
Sighing and wrapping my arms around each other
Listening to a song
that reminded me of you
That pink paper was sticked into the skies
And that pencil is now reading out
The sad words
Which hold your name behind
I never realized
how much time can change..
But maybe now i feel warmer
With the ghost of your arms
Around my shoulders
With my heart being
A less of a loner.
YOU ARE READING
CHAOTIC.
