Chapter 10
Jacob Wants a Kiss
I was sleeping when I heard a knock on my door. Of course, I was too tired. So I didn't get up. But then I heard the door open, and suddenly, the bed shifted. Someone laid on top of me.
"Rise and shine, Beautiful," a low, husky voice whispered. It was Jacob. I threw the covers off my body, accidentally hitting him in the face.
"Jacob, get. Out. Of. My. Room. Now," I said slowly. But all he did was lean closer, his face now closer to my neck. I felt his lips place a gentle kiss on my skin, and my breathing hitched. I bet you my face turned red. Then he looked back at me.
"One step closer, Claire. One step closer," Jacob smirked. I groaned, knowing that he had tried to take advantage of me. So I shoved him out of my room and quickly changed into jeans, a t-shirt, and a hoodie. Then I grabbed my keys, leaving my room.
"Whoa, wait one second. You aren't driving. I am," Jacob said, snatching my keys from my grip. He was too tall, I thought, as I tried to reach his hand. Curse myself for being tiny.
"Give me back my keys, Jacob," I muttered, still trying to grab them. But he hid them, slung an arm around my shoulder, and walked me outside.
"Nope. Not until you give me a kiss," he said. I looked at his face, realizing he was serious.
"No. No no no," I exclaimed. He sighed, starting the car, my keys still hidden.
"Well, no keys, Claire," Jacob said. I grunted, looking out the window as we drove. This day already sucks.
