M ratedChapter 1
As Lorelai awoke from her slumber, she was struck by an immense pain which pounded inside her head. She winced with discomfort as she felt violently nauseous. Hurriedly, Lorelai raced into the bathroom just in time before the sickness overwhelmed her. As soon as she was able to step away from the toilet, she glanced down to realise she was only hiding her modesty with a bed sheet. Still dazed, she took a few steps out of the bathroom and took a glance around where she was. Suddenly, a minimal amount of memories came flooding back about the night before as she began to spot the different pieces of clothing dotted around the laminate floor. She wasn't at her house, she was at Luke's apartment.
What had happened last night? She didn't drink that much did she? In all honesty, Lorelai couldn't remember much but somehow figured that they must have been busy. Suddenly hearing a yawn coming from Luke she snapped out of her daze and walked over to the bed again. "Good morning." Luke said sleepily as he placed a soft kiss on Lorelai's lips. "Good morning." She replied back, trying not to sound confused. Lorelai and Luke had recently just got engaged and they were both ecstatic about it but Lorelai was a tad concerned about the events of last night.
Luke began to make some coffee as he figured Lorelai would be pining for one due to the unhealthy fact that coffee was her drug and she was an addict. As Lorelai pondered over to the small table and removed the clothes that the table was strewn with, she began to form the question she felt need to be asked in her head. "Luke?" Lorelai asked in a concerned tone. "Yes babe?" Luke replied, sensing the agitated tone in her voice. "Did we, you know, use any form of protection last night?" She asked feeling slightly sick again in the pit of her stomach. "Yeah we used contraception, don't worry, we were safe." Luke replied as he saw a wave of relief on his Fiancés face. "Okay, good." she said as she walked over to the kitchen area and planted a kiss on Luke's cheek.
"So what are you planning on doing today, got any plans?" Lorelai said, followed by a wicked smirk. "Actually, I have." Luke replied, noticing the slight disappointment in Lorelai's face as he said so. "Um, April's coming round to the diner a little bit later on." Lorelai pretended to be happy whilst quickly blinking away the tears which had begun pooling in her eyes. Even though things were going well between them, she felt a sudden jolt of sadness due to the fact it had been three months and Luke was still reluctant about the two of them meeting as he insisted that it was too soon for them to meet. "I'll be all yours tonight though, and you can have your way with me then." Luke divulged, said trying to be seductive and enticing at the same time. Lorelai giggled flirtatiously, "Oh don't worry, I know I will." She kissed him on the lips as he kissed her back and then tried to find the clothes she wore the previous night which were scattered all over the place.
As Lorelai walked downstairs, Caesar poured her a coffee to go. She thanked him and hurried out the door as she figured she had some explaining to do to Rory who was probably wondering where she was right now due to the fact she was home for the summer. Rory heard the jingle of keys approaching towards the door. "Oh! What a nice surprise." Rory joked in a sarcastic tone. "Would be nice to have a warning next time you plan on being a dirty stop out." She yet again, mocked sarcastically. "Hey! I can't remember what happened last night so I'm putting that statement down to rumour." Lorelai replied, trying to defend her corner, which she knew would never convince her daughter of her virtue that night.
Lorelai hopped onto the couch where an unimpressed Rory was sitting and switched on the television. "So what did you get up to last night?" Lorelai questioned her daughter comically. "Hmm let me think. Well, worrying where the hell you were was possibly a strong contender." Rory declared, still annoyed that her mother hadn't given it any thought to leave a message on her cell. "I'm sorry, I had a few to drink last night-"
"More than a few I'd say" Rory muttered under her breath. "Well, okay maybe the two rounds of tequila shots were a bad idea." Lorelai admitted, suddenly feeling nauseous again. "Um are you okay mom, you look... green." Rory asked her, sounding concerned. "I'll be back." Lorelai said as she dashed upstairs to the bathroom. Rory followed her mom upstairs and held her hair whilst rubbing her back. "Hey, I should be doing this to you, not vice versa!" Lorelai shouted indignantly. Rory was amused for a moment before a second bout of Lorelai's nausea came around.Lorelai traipsed down the stairs, followed by Rory, and flopped onto the couch. " I am never drinking again." Lorelai announced agonisingly. "I find that hard to believe." Rory replied sarcastically. "However, I do find it odd how ill you've been." Rory said, voicing her concerns. "Don't drink kid." Lorelai said reassuringly. Rory still thought something was up, her mother had never had a hangover this bad before. "I make no promises." Rory stated with a smirk. "If you're ill for the rest of the week, I'm taking you to the doctor." Rory said in all seriousness. Lorelai rolled her eyes. "Fine." She muttered reluctantly.
Lorelai grabbed the remote and switched on the television. For several hours, Rory and Lorelai were busy arguing and debating over many points in the recent movies they had both seen until Bewitched appeared on the screen and seemed to calm them both down. At around nine, Rory began to make her way to bedroom to do some studying which she felt the impulsive need to do this early in the holidays.
Just as Rory made herself scarce, there was a knock at the door. Lorelai answered it and was kissed softly on the lips. "Sorry I'm so late" Luke said to her with a smirk. "Well you're here now." Lorelai replied as she pulled him inside and shut the door. He began to bring her in close and plant kisses on her lips. Lorelai pulled him in tight whilst caressing his cheek at the same time. Luke slowly began to make his way down her neck which made her let out a muffled moan. "Shh! Rory will hear us!" He whispered. "She already knows what we get up to." Lorelai replied flirtatiously. "Jeez." Luke muttered under his breath. "I guess we'll have to take this upstairs then." Lorelai said as she took his hands and enticed him up the stairs.
Lorelai pulled him onto the bed in which he landed on top of her. "Someone's subtle." Luke joked. "Subtle's my middle name." Lorelai teased as she flipped him over. She began to unbutton Luke's shirt whilst he began on her top. She let out another moan as Luke brushed down the side of her stomach gently. Lorelai began to unzip Luke's pants as she could see that his manhood was being tightly restricted. As she did just that, Luke let out a moan of satisfaction and he began to help Lorelai slip out of her jeans until they were both left in just their underwear. Luke eyed Lorelai's beautiful body as he kissed all the way down her stomach trying to tease her. He got lower and lower until they couldn't take anymore of the games.
Once they were both utterly dissipated, they both lay next to each other utterly breathless. They cuddled for a while until Lorelai finally gave into the exhaustion which left her head resting on Luke's shoulder. He chuckled to himself. Thinking about the many years that he had loved her made him think about how he couldn't wait to start the rest of his life with her. He planted a soft kiss on her head and drifted into a deep sleep.
