He laid in his bed, staring at the white ceiling.
The only thing he could hear was his breathing.

Everything was silent.

Derek and his parents had already left for work, leaving Duncan home alone.

He continued to lay there in silence.

Then, out of no where, he heard the front door open.
He shot up and quickly ran downstairs, forgetting he was only wearing his boxers.
As he was making his way downstairs, he saw Chelsea standing in the doorway.

"Uh Derek's not here." Duncan said.
"I know, I just forgot my charger and a few other things." She said while eyeing Duncan's toned body.
"Oh, well okay." Duncan said as he moved out of the way.
He watched her walk up stairs, he paid attention to every sway she made with her hips.

He went into the kitchen, hoping to find some already made food waiting for him.
But to his luck, there was none.

He looked inside the fridge for something, but only found left over Chinese food from nights before.

"Do you want me to make you something?" Chelsea asked while holding her bag.
Duncan shook his head, "Nah, I'll just go to IHOP or something later."
"Oh really? That's so weird because me and my sister's fiancé were gonna go eat there after this. Wanna join us?"
"Asking me on a date?" Duncan smirked.
Chelsea scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"I'm trying to be friendly. Wanna go or not?"
"Sure. I'll be ready in like 5 minutes."
Chelsea smiled.

Duncan ran upstairs and threw on a black and white American Eagle t shirt, with matching black jeans.

After he got done combing his hair and brushing his teeth, he ran downstairs to find Chelsea sitting on the couch watching Friends.

She looked over at him and frowned.
"Your hair looks better messy."
She got up and walked over him, their bodies almost pressed up against one another, and ran her fingers through his hair, poofing it up.

For a moment, it was silent. She moved her hands from his hair to his shoulders.
She was staring into his icy, teal eyes.

"Um, we should go now. I'm sure they're already there." Chelsea said awkwardly.

What the fuck just happened?

"So what's your sisters name?" Duncan asked as they were sitting in the car.

"Brianna. Her fiancé's name is Joey, they've been together for 2 years almost."

"Is she younger than you?"

"No, she's 3 years older than me."

"Is she your only sibling?"

"Yeah, I don't even think my parents wanted a second kid to be honest with you."

"Well the only reason I was born was because my parents wanted a girl." Duncan chuckled.

"Can't be so sure they didn't get one." Chelsea smirked at him.

Duncan playfully nudged her as she drove.

When they entered the diner, they were greeted by Chelsea's older sister.
She looked a lot like Chelsea, but shorter and with lighter brown hair and less freckles.
She had full, shaped lips, with big doe brown eyes.
She was a lot more tan as well.

"Hi! I'm Bri and this is my fiancé Joey. It's so nice to meet you, Derek right?"

Duncan laughed nervously.

"No, I'm his brother, Duncan."

"Oh...Well nice to meet you Duncan!" Brianna beamed.

"You too." Duncan smiled.
