Duncan was staring into Chelsea's eyes when he heard Derek's heavy breathing.
He quickly looked over, and Chelsea backed away as quick as she could.
Duncan's mind began to race just like his heart.
"Derek I-"
Before another word could be said, Derek tackled him.
Chelsea began to scream, begging them to stop.
Derek sat on top of Duncan repeatedly punching him in the face. Duncan shoved him off and stood up.
"Fighting won't do anything!" He said as Derek charged at him again.
"You've been fucking my girlfriend!" Derek yelled as he swung at him, but missed.
"It was just a kiss! At least i actually pay attention to her!" Duncan said as he dodged every punch that was being thrown at him.
"You should've just stayed locked up, you fucking piece of shit!"
Duncan then looked Derek in the eye, waiting for him to apologize.
"Take it back." Duncan said firmly.
Derek began to laugh, "It would be so much easier if you just went back to where you belong. No one here even wants you! You're a piece of shit, no good, stupid child."
Chelsea looked at Duncan knowing he was about to either cry, or lose it.
And he definitely did not cry.
Duncan clenched his fist as hard as he could, making his knuckles turn white.
His jaw clenched as much as it could.
"What'd you say?" Duncan said as he stepped closer to Derek, looking genuinely confused.
"I said you're a-"
Just like that Duncan punched Derek so hard, he passed out.
Duncan walked over to Derek to see if he still had a pulse, which of course he did.
He looked over to Chelsea standing in the corner, with her cheeks blood shot red and her body shaking.
"Chelsea?" He said as he got closer.
She ran up to him and placed her soft lips on his, practically jumping on him.
"I love you so much." She whispered in his ear.
Hearing those words made him forget his brother was passed out on the floor.
He pulled her in for another kiss, realizing to himself that every kiss they shared was better than the last.
He finally had the girl of his dreams, but at what cost?
A/N - yikes some family tension i see. well i'm absolutely terrible at writing fight scenes so my bad but anyways, in the next chapter i think it's gonna be from Derek's point of view from the night Duncan picked him up in chapter 14: Sleepness Nights. Major plot twist coming. but anyways stay tuned for chapter 17
