Toriel's POV:
I groaned slowly as I slid up from my bed, rubbing my head roughly. I thought of what would of woken me up so early. Just before I was about to check my alarm clock, my stomach roared ravenously. Then I realised, the baby was hungry. I rubbed some sleep out of m eyes, checking o see if Sans had woken up yet. It was quite early, and the sky still showed a orange river of light.
My stomach growled again. "Alright, alright." I mumbled, thrusting myself off the bed. I put on a neat gown, brushing some lingering dust off of it. I slowly walked downstairs, rubbing my belly to stop he rumbles. It was a Monday, but school didn't start for hours. I reached the oaken kitchen, admiring the many foods in the cupboards. I poured myself a bowl of cereal, prepared a slice of toast and dropped a apple into my handbag, just for later.
I had completely forgotten about my morning sickness. Surprisingly, there was no sudden vomiting outbursts, or feeling drowsy and lightheaded. It seemed me and my baby were both in a good mood today. I placed the breakfast on the table neatly an formally, preparing the utensils and drinks. Only then did Sans emerge from the staircase.
"Hey Tori, I heard noises from down here so I just went to check it out." Sans explained in his morning voice. "Oh dear, did I wake you up?" I asked remorsefully. "Nah, it's okay T." He said, walking over to me. I bent down gingerly and brought him into a tight hug, letting him bury his face in my stomach. "So what made you come down so early?" He spoke softly, starting to prepare his breakfast. "The baby was hungry, no, ravenous! My stomach kept groaning an moaning loudly." I replied, sighing. I stumbled over to him, watching him stir his food professionally. When he was finished, he kissed me on the cheek and blushed.
"I'm sorry you had to go through all that." He mumbled sweetly, his white pupils showing deep sorrow. "It's fine, honestly. At least I know my baby is still in here." I said, placing my paws on my belly. He smiled happily and places his hands on top of mine, squeezing them. I blushed and helped him carry his breakfast over to the table.
'At least I know my baby's in there...' I thought, squeezing my stomach from under the table.
