Season 03 Episode 19: A Curious Thing

YES! I know I skipped another episode in this series! It's because the other episode before this one didn't have anything to do with Pearl! In episode 18, they talk about Cora and since Pearl never met her, there's no point in puting her in the episode! USE YOUR LOGIC!

I woke up in a huff. It happened again! I was suppose to stop, whatever is happening in these dreams, but I let my guard down. How could have it happen? Pan's dead! How could he still be touching me.

"Please stop teasing me!" I begged into my knees.

I remembered what Pan did to my dagger. Rushing over to check the floor, there really was a bent blade! Picking up the broken weapon, my mind was going through so many questions. I felt a power flowing through my vains. I needed to check if I still had them. With a swipe of my fingers, it was back to normal.

"Oh god, what's my price though?" I asked. I heard someone knock on the door, "Yeah?"

"Hey kid," Emma entered through door.

"What's up?" I asked, as I calmed down, I patted a seat next to me.

"Uh," she seemed causious to ask, "You don't mind coming with us today? Don't you?"

"What? You mean like an adventure?" I asked, sounding a little confused.

"Yeah!" She figured, "I just thought that today you could use a break from being taken care of and help us with this case?"

I think this was a good yet bad oppotunity. I would be with Emma and catch up on what I missed! I heard I missed the oppotunity to meet Ariel! ARIEL! One of my favourite fairytale characters! Yet it means that I wouldn't be keeping an eye on my bro- Henry. I didn't know which one to pick.

"I'm gonna stick with Henry," I decided, "I have a strange feeling that I need to take care of him today."

"Your sure?" She asked me, still concerned.

"Trust me, after all, I do have those," I stared at my hidden blades, but I felt sparks in my vains, might as well show her, "Hey, can I show you something?"

"Sure!" She just gave in. I did what I could, with a simple trick, I made the hidden blades clash and appear on my wrist. Her face showed shock, but not fear, more like confusion.

"You have magic too?!" She asked, defiantly surprised.

"Yeah, but it's not light magic," my voice lowered.

"Pearl, I'm so sorry," she felt sympathy for me.

"It's alright, I'm used to it. I just only use it for emergencies," I shrugged it off.

"Who taught you?" She asked.

"Who do you think?" I tried to keep my cool.

What kept on popping up through was my dream last night. Yet it confused me on how the tip of my blade got bent too? The dreams can't be real! If they were real, that would mean that Pan's still alive. That's defiantly not a good sign.

"Emma? Do you ever hear things like? Creaking bed noises and loud moans? Like? Once a month?" I asked, trying my best not to sound suspicious.

"No? Why?" She asked.

"Nothing!" I laughed it off, "I was just curious."

"Pearl, I can tell you're lying, tell me what's going on," she command me, shit! I forgot about her 'superpower'.

"Emma, your 'superpower' of being able to tell when people are lying, isn't a real power. It's just a really cool skill!" I sighed. Emma raised a brow at me.
