We scanned the room for the corpse. Nothing was found.

We looked literally everywhere. Still nothing. Then we decided to go back outside. As we left, I noticed the doors were wide open. I wondered about it, but I figured maybe one of us left it open on accident. I checked the time. 9:30 AM. We still had a lot of daytime left for today. We went outside, and we saw a man in front of us with his hands on his face.

"Hello?" I asked. Naomi tried to get closer to him, but I stopped her.

"Why the fuck would you stop me?" She asked.

"He's turning!" I yelled back at her. Five more seconds until He turns. 5... I heard a small growl from him.

"Please help me!" The guy shouted. 4... He knows he's infected. I pulled out my pistol and aimed it at him.

"NO, STOP OLIVER!" Naomi screamed at me. 3... The guy made a hissing noise.

"He's turning!" I hollered at her. 2... He's turning around.

"How do you know?" She questioned. 1... He turned around. He made a deep growl and ran towards us, hissing at me. I pulled out my gun, but before I could, Naomi put a bullet in his head. She had her rifle out pointed down at him as he fell to the ground.

"Have you ever seen someone turn?" I asked her.

"No, I didn't realize the virus spread so fast. He was just dead in the water fountain. So I thought he was knocked out!"

"Be careful next time; you could've gotten bit." She shook her head in agreement. "The virus... The virus is ENAR. I have no idea what exactly it's short for or anything. We never really found the root cause of the virus; all we knew, is that it spread quickly. If you see something dead, assume it will come back." We walked down the street in hopes of finding more supplies.

We had the wine bottle, we just needed a rag, rope, and other things now. She had the list. We saw a supermarket in front of us with the doors wide open. We went in hoping to find supplies."Woah this place is huge!" Naomi exclaimed in awe. "Is this where people got food and other things from before this outbreak?"

"I assume so." Truth is I've been in many supermarkets exactly like this one. I could see past humans shopping here, people of all shapes and sizes. Today, I see a scrawny skinny man looking for some canned fruit to eat with his supper. But, unfortunately, these places were always obviously raided compared to those times. We looked down each isle, seeing what was left. A lot of stuff has been thrown around on the floor. I looked around with Naomi. We eventually found a few more wine bottles and even rags. We even found some old canned food that was unopened and didn't seem to expire. We only needed rope and first aid kits now. We looked around the store for more, but no luck. I wondered where we could go next to find the last two items we needed. I was hoping we would today, we needed to rescue Elias soon. I did wonder however, if they already ate him... But I doubted it as they probably would torture him first; as what I've seen from the cannibals at yesterday's gun fight.

We left the store, however, after finding nothing was left. The best place to go to was a hospital. Hopefully they had left over first aid kits. We hurried down the streets, but then I saw a giant horde of Beasts on the street, heading in our direction, and beyond the horde, I could see the hospital.
