Jewel Dragons {Wings of Fire Fan Fiction}

Chapter 4

Glory's POV

I pant as I fly through the forest gliding through the treetops about the approach the edge of the MudWing territory. I just hoped that Clay was still here after his incident with his mom. I reach the edge of their territory and change into the best looking MudWing I can. I fly in looking for him. I can't see any signs of civilization. But I finally see MudWing Dragons. I ask around to see if any of them have seen a MudWing dragon named Clay. They all say the same thing, they haven't seen him. Then luck finally strikes me. I see one of Clay's sisters. I ask to see if she can show me to him and she leads me to him. We come upon a hut that looks like it could fit about 10 dragons in it. I knock on the door and wait for what feels like eternity. Finally a different Dagon answers the door. It looked like another one of Clay's sisters. I ask if Clay is there and she calls for him. He finally comes out. I grab him arm and tug him away from the house.

"Ow! Stop! Who are you!" He asked me shaking when I let go of him.

"Seriously?" I question him. I look down at myself and sigh. I'm still a MudWing.

"What?!" He replies back questioning.

I start changing my colors as he finishes saying that. My scales turn from dark and light brown back to the golden and lime green they were when he last saw me. 

"GLORY!!" He yells.

"shhhhh!" I hiss at him.

"What are you doing here?" He says a little quieter.

"I need your help." I say.

"Why?"

"The RainWings have been attacked." I say as calmly as I can.

"What!"

"I don't know why. Nor do I know what for. But all I do know is that they were taken by-" I hesitate to say SkyWings.

"Taken by who?" Clay asks shaking.

"SkyWings."

Clay gasps. I don't think he knew how important 4 of the dragons were. 

"Clay 4 of those dragons are the key to saving us, and they were TAKEN!"

"What do you mean?" He asks me.

"I mean that 4 of the dragons call themselves the Jewels of the forest.

"And?" 

"And they are as important to saving these dragons as we were to stopping the war!"

"Oh..."

"Clay we have to save them! And to do that we need the others."

He nods and then we set off together to the sea. To the water kingdom. To go get Tsunami.
