Chapter 5

Amethyst's POV

I scanned the rows of seats that were filling up the arena as another contest was taking place. Today it was a SandWing against a MudWing. I wondered what they did to come here. Cause in my defense the Rainforest did nothing wrong. I only hoped that Queen Glory was doing as much as she could to save us and all the other RainWings. But at that very moment something caught my eye. In the very back of the stadium, were 2 RainWing Dragons. One of them was a young dragonet and the other one looked like her older brother. The young ones eyes were covered as the older one fell asleep on top of her. She fell asleep as well with his wing still draped over her. I sighed and looked out into the distance hoping and praying that someone was doing something.

Glory's POV

Clay and I arrive at the beach about 30 minutes after we left the swamp. I changed my wings a sea blue and the rest of my body so that it looked like sea weed. A perfect disguise. I just hope Tsunami would recognize us. At the same time I had a thought that if we were caught we would be brought to Tsunami. But then that plan could go totally wrong.

"Um Glory? How long can RainWing Dragons stay underwater again?"

I turned to look at him with a puzzled expression. It had been forever since I looked it up. Or even been underwater. I reply to him in a calm voice.

"Hopefully long enough to get us to the Summer Palace."

He nods to me and I nod back to him. We're ready. We both take a deep breath and dive underwater.

Tsunami's POV

I groaned as I read through the same book about 1000 times. The new teacher after Whirlpool was ten times worse. He didn't even let me try to speak aquatic.

"Stupid language that I never learned!" I said slamming my face down hard on the table. When I looked up I had bruises my nose. I sighed and then made an excuse to go get it bandaged. Finally an escape from class. As soon as the door closes I swim as fast as I can to the door before it opened up into the open sea. I look around to see if anyone is with me. I was alone. I take a deep breath for no reason and open the door. Immediately I was slammed back into the room by something heavy. Like dragon heavy.

I look up at what hit me and my vision is blured from the water splashed in my eyes. Usually it doesn't bother me but talons poked my eyes on the same time. Another dragon starts walking on me then immediately walks off of me as if they knew who I was. I clamber on up and force open my eyes to see who fell on top of me.

"Who's there!" I yelled "You don't want to mess with me!" I start swinging my tail around to see if I can hit the dragon.

"Tsunami?"

I hear my voice as it rings through my head. It echos around the entire palace and finally my eyes clear up. I look at who spoke and a thousand bells were ringing in my head from joyfulness. It was Glory and Clay.

Sorry for the short chapter it switched POV's a lot so I couldn't really find a place to stop. Also my friends are coming to visit me from Arizona for about a week then I'm heading back with them so I won't have much time to write and if I do it will probably be 1 sentence or a finishing paragraph.

What's you favorite animal?

Well I could write a whole book about my favorite animals. But my most favorite one would probably be any type of horse. They are my most favorite animal by far. Also Unicorns, Dragons, Pegasi, and any horse shaped or fantasy animal. ;P
