I was left alone at our iHop table while Kai brought his pancakes to the bathroom to eat. That man will never let me see his bare face. Still remains a mystery.

A waiter came by with a jug of water, "Need a refill?"

I glanced at my empty glass of water and nodded my head. He poured my water to the rim and flashed me a smile.

I looked up at him and he had light brown hair and light green eyes. He set the jug on the table and ruffled his hair.

"I haven't seen you around here," he smirked trying to flirt with me.

"I don't really get out much," I responded. He slid in the booth and took the seat across from me. "Aren't you working?"

"Yeah, but it wouldn't kill me to talk to a pretty girl sitting all alone," he said flashing a smile. I didn't react to his flirtatious advances. It was kinda pathetic.

"I have a boyfriend," I told him.

He looked around the restuarant and looked back at me. "I don't see him around." He tried to reach for my hand from across the table. "How about you and I get out of here after my shift?"

I pulled my hand back from his touch and glared at him. "I suggest you get back to work before I you say something you might regret."

I got up from my table and he got up too. "Oooh, fiesty. I like those types." He said putting his hands around my waist.

I clenched my fists. Now he crossed the line.

I spun around the punched him right in the face. He fell back onto the floor.

"If you don't mind, keep your filthy hands to yourself," I spat. The pervert scurried back on his feet and went back to work.

Kai walked out to our iHop booth and looked at me, "What did I miss?"

I rolled my eyes and stormed out of the iHop. I walked out onto the street and looked up at the sky. The dark clouds started to rain down.

The passing traffic started to flick on their windshield wipers. I stood out in the rain by myself.

The iHop door opened and Kai ran out next to me. "It's raining."

"Really? I didn't notice," I said gesturing to my wet hair.

"Now, now. No need for the attitude," Kai said. I turned to him and crossed my arms.

"Sometimes it gets tiring having all these guys stare at me like I'm the best piece of eye candy," I sighed.

"I have the same problem. The whole mysterious mask thing....believe it or not, it attracts girls. That and my hair," he said running his hands through his flat wet silver hair.

"Really?"

"Yeah, girls are always all over me, but I have someone else on my mind," he said. Hm? He likes someone?

"Who?" I asked. He stiffened and looked up at the sad gray sky.

"We are going bowling now!" he shouted disregarding my question.

Kai grabbed my wrist and pulled me along. We ran through the rain to the bowling alley.

Guys always acted like idiots around me trying to get my attention. They always wanted to get me, but sometimes it can really get on my nerves.

I have Luna now, and he actually likes me for me. But....I don't feel the same way.

I rolled the bowling ball and the pins fell over all in one hit. Me and Kai were tied at 110 for our scores.

"This is getting really boring," I sighed. Kai got up from his seat.
