A.N: Hey there! I appreciate my readers, followers, voters, and commenters. Just seeing you add this to your reading lists or vote for chapters makes me smile. Lol, so thanks for making my day because it's not easy. I'm kidding, it's very easy to make my day; just be funny or bring me walnut brownies ^_^. Anyway, there's a whole lot of detail in this chapter and it is important. This chapter deals with her thoughts, mainly. So if you're more of a dialogue person I'm sorry but I'm working on trying to be more descriptive. So with that being said, please continue to read, vote and comment. And thank you to those who have so far and those who haven't but still read. (The ones who have can have a chapter dedicated to them if they'd like. Just let me know.) :D
Oh and this chapter is dedicated to Dat_Awesome_Gal for the wonderful cover! If you need simple covers then check her out!
Vote, comment, fan. :D
Love,

"Okay guys! Ten minutes til showtime!" Melanie whispers to me while giving me the thumbs up. I just I roll my eyes before releasing a bored sigh. I would have made a run for it if not for the security guards at every damn door. I glance behind me and see a buff guy in a black suit. He looks about 6'2 and he's wearing shades and has his arms crossed in an intimidating manner. There's no emotion on his face and he looks bored out of his mind. I want to say so badly, 'I know how you feel.' but instead I face the front and sigh loudly again.
"I'm so sorry you have to do this Ava." Mandy gives me a genuine smile and I nod in acknowledgement. Her apology won't stop this wedding or bring me home so there's nothing much to say.
I'm under a huge white tent with Mandy and Melanie, my bridesmaids, and once the music begins they start walking down the aisle. Me being the bride, I'm the last to walk down. Should I make a run for it? I quickly glance around me again. Damn security guards. I can't run even if I tried. The beautiful sound of the orchestral quartet fills my ears and it makes me happy because I haven't heard any music in a month nor have I played the piano in a month. Oh, how I love music. The musical melody resonates through the venue. It sounds beautifully right for such a horribly wrong day. I shouldn't be marrying that murdering rapist. I slouch my shoulders as stray tears fall down my cheeks.
"It's time." Mandy whispers before making an exit out of the tent, followed by Melanie who hasn't said much; she's just been smiling from ear to ear like it's the best day of her life.
I quickly wipe my face with the back of my hand then sniffle a few times.
The Wedding March starts playing; signalling the entrance of me, the doting bride, and I freeze. I don't want to do this and I shouldn't have to do this.
"Calm down Ava. Just breath." I try to reassure myself but it's not working. I'm going to be married to a maniacal murderer/ rapist for who knows how long and I can't handle it. I hear the noise of the walkie talkie in the background then a 'Yes, sir. Right away.'
"Hey! If you don't get out there now Ian will come down and get you." The buff security guard whisper- yells at me and I just nod my head. I know who it was on the walkie talkie. It's just like that controlling prick to instruct the guard what to tell me. Wait, not tell, more like threaten.
The first steps I take feel like I'm walking on air. Although I'm wearing cream colored heels and a form fitting gown, I literaly feel light on my feet. As if I'm gliding gracefully down the aisle. The faint sound of 'ooohs and awes' surround me as I look between the smiling guests. I, for one, am not smiling and don't plan to. But I must say that whom ever decorated this backyard did an extraordinary job. I am amazed by the beauty before my eyes. Small, white roses hang from the weeping williows and sway in the light breeze that grazes my soft, exposed skin. My luscious curls blow and the smell of lavender fills my nostrils. This perfume I'm wearing smells lovely. I look beneath me and notice that I'm walking down the same cobblestone path in my dream. It leads to a white and light pink rose covered archway under a white gazebo. A large fountain sits behind the gazebo and the calming sound of the water running puts me in a tranquil state.
