Hearing the sound of my alarm clock, I quickly hit the snooze button for ten more minutes and turned back over in the bed. I patted the top of my head, which was covered by my wrap and satin bonnet. My breathing turned heavy as I knew it was time to get up, even though all I wanted to do was stay in bed at the moment.
"Babe." Sam mumbled, sleep heavy in his voice. "You know it's time ta' get up."
"I don't want to." I pouted, scooting over to him. I placed my leg over his legs and placed my head in the crook of his neck.
"C'mon nah', fa' you be late fa' ya' flight."
I sighed, wanting to throw a fit, but decided otherwise. "Okay."
