I continued with what I was doing like he wasn't down here.

I grabbed my phone , turning on some music, humming to it.

" Do you have to play music ? " he asked with his back turned.

At first I didn't know he was talking to me, I thought he was on the phone or something.
" Yeah. Is there a problem ? "

He let out a sigh and shook his head.

I continued smoking on the hookah.

" You know, if we gone be here for another day and a half, ion want no tension between us because you- "

" Yup you right " he said cutting me off

" Wait , you didn't let me finish "

" But I understand what you saying .... So ain't no need to " he said going up the stairs.

I rolled my eyes, I don't have time for no rude ass little boy this whole time I'm here.

After I finished the hookah, I went inside where I & Mick was sleeping and went to sleep. I could care less about what was going on up there.

I just woke up and Mick isn't in here. I looked at the time on my phone which read 9:30 AM.

I got up to see Chris, Mick and Trey at the table eating. Trey and Mick were flirting with the strawberries , Chris was the only one that noticed me.

I frowned and went to the bathroom.
While I was in there, I brushed my teeth.

I came back out, walking past all three of them and went to the top, where the sun and air was.

As I was enjoying the breeze and sounds of the water, someone tapped my shoulder, I turned around to see Mick.

" Yeah? "

" What's wrong with you? You walked past all of us like we weren't even there "

" I'm just not a morning person. " I answered

" Well go back to sleep, no one woke you... Chris attempted to for the breakfast but he said you wasn't getting up "

" Ew, why didn't you wake me ? Why you let him? "

" I didn't, I was taking a shower while they were making it and they told me about it when I got out "

" Mm. " I said turning back to the water

" Naw, bitch what's wrong? I know my best friend and I know something wrong. "

" Cause, I mean, I see y'all out there being all cute and what ever and it's an extra person here for me, which is Chris but I'm not that type of girl that he's looking for so I'm not about to feed into anything he's saying so I can be another hoe on his list. "

" I understand exactly what you're saying , but , you don't need to worry about him. It's so many other niggas out here that won't mind having you for you and not for one thing. Give it time, we not going to be here long. Thank you for coming though. Go put your swim suit on, it's about 102 degrees today... We can get in the water or something " she said kissing my cheek.
