Chapter 17: Hallucinations

Yui's POV

It's been 2 days. Raven's been in and out of consciousness, always mumbling about 'Mason', 'Apollo', and 'Master'?

I've been coming in every few hours, patting down the collective sweat from her face and neck, and forcing down water to keep her hydrated.

Right now, I'm changing her clothing. To give her some sense of privacy, I leave her underwear on, and changer into some other shorts and a tank top.

I place the blankets back on her, and start leaving the room.

Right as I grab the handle, she starts to stir.

"H-help...me...Apollo." she mumbles. I turn around, and walk back towards her slowly.

"Raven?" I ask quietly, but get no real respond. She continues to mumble under her breath, and a pained look crosses her features. A loud scream leaves her mouth, bouncing around the wall, as she writhes around on the bed. Then she stops.

Seconds later, she bolts into a sitting position. Instead of her usual silver cat eye, it's turned into a brilliant red, while the whites have turned completely black.

Her head slowly turns to look at me, her demonic eye zeroing onto my face. She gives me a glare, keeping me frozen in place.

Suddenly, she's in my face, pushing me against the wall with a hand on my throat. Compared to the vampires, she has a much more strong grip on.

I scream right before she cuts off my vocal cords, making me strangle for a breath. I see to the left that all boys have stormed into the room, staring at us with wide eyes.

"How could you, Alexa." she hisses into my face. My eyes widen in terror as she growls, fangs opening threateningly.

"Raven." Shuu's tired voice calls out. Raven's head snaps to Shuu, making all the boys step away from him in fear. I can tell Reiji is smirking.

She drops me, and I slump to the floor. Raven slowly starts walking towards Shuu, her face softening at an extent. Ayato rushes to my side, sending a glare towards Raven's back.

"Jarred..." she mumbles, swiping hair from his eyes, smiling. A small blush graces his cheeks.

"Did I forget to mention that it causes hallucinations as well." Reiji says, making everyone glare at him.

She moves to Ruki, and gives him a playful jab on the shoulder.

"Still a flirt Killian?" she giggles a little. Everyone is surprised by the sound of laughter, and the sight of a genuine smile on her face.

She continued mentioning these different names as she went through all the boys.

Kanato: 'Kyo'. Azusa: 'Ben'. Reiji: 'Zayn'. Subaru: 'Jack'. Laito: 'Sam'. Then she made her way to Yuma, giving him a saddened expression.

"Mason..." she whispers. She grabs onto his collar, tip-toeing upwards, while pulling him down. To everyone's surprise, she places her lips against his. Yuma's eyes widen, and his face reddens immensely.

When she pulls back, a small tear leaves her eye, then she moves onto Kou. Yuma is still recovering, blushing like crazy, getting some snickers from Ayato and Laito.

"Apollo." she says clearly, then crushes Kou into a tight embrace, "Where have you been? You promised to stay with me."

As if realizing something, she pulls back, almost shoving Kou away in disgust. A ferocious snarl leaves her mouth, and she bares her teeth at him angrily.

"This is your fault!" she screams at him. Kou's eyes widen in fright and confusion, definitely scared of what she might do next.

Before anyone can comprehend, Raven rushes forward and grabs Kou by the collar of his shirt. She drags him towards her balcony with crazy strength, punches him in the face, and throws him over the edge.
