Their mouths hang open, jaws on the ground. Every. One. Of. Them."You...?" Ayato says.
"Know...?" Laito continues.
"Karlheinz?"
"My father?" Yui and Kanato say at the same time, completely confused and shocked.
"Yes, I do." I answered. I turn to Yui, giving her a steady stare as she looks emotionless and broken.
"Miss Yui, your father is not who you may think he is. He is not a priest, far from it. He's committed sins that Lucifer himself wish he could live up to. The only reason he cares about you, is because he wants you to become him. He wants to control you, he wa-"
"Shut UP!" Yui screams at me, suddenly getting up from her spot next to Ayato. She walks straight up to me and slaps me in the face. I don't feel anything but a pinch, and my head moves to the side for her sake.
"My father is not evil as you say!" she yells, "He works under God, and cares for others, especially me."
"You say he cares for you." I say, "But, if he cared for you, would he send you to a house full of vampires, thirsty for the blood of their father's greatest enemy?"
"H-he sent me here because he went on a business trip!" she says, trying to convince herself. "I won't believe you until you give me proof of his crimes."
I stand up, and place the book on the chair. I take off my eyepatch and open my eye for the girl to see.
She gasps, and steps away from me several feet.
"He did this to me." I state, taking in the horrified stares from the people surrounding me.
"That monster you call your father, a servant to God! He's the one who scarred me. Took my eye, and replaced it with a clock!" I yell at her. "He thought it would be just hilarious to watch as my mind slowly started to lose its sanity. The ticking would, and still does, drive me mad with the sound that always resonates through my brain."
"I hear it when I sleep, when I'm awake. Silence drives me mad. A constant reminder of what he had done to me goes tick, tick, tick through my head every single day." I let out a bitter laugh, a stray tear going down my face.
"But guess what?" I say, looking at the vampires, and walk up to Azusa. "Guess what he did for me, Azusa?" I bend down and trace his cheek with my fingertips. Before he can answer, I stand up and tilt his head up with my finger.
"Karl fucking Heinz saved me from nearly dying in the woods after being chased down like a deer, and left to die. He enchanted my eye, the pain of the hands ticking around in my eye socket has gone away." I say, looking at all of them, making them cringe when my eyes focus on theirs.
"Ok, we get it. Just put your eyepatch back on. You're creeping me out." Ayato mumbles. I let out a crack of insane laughter, and bend down to his stare at him straight in the eye, causing him to lean back.
"Oh, you think I don't know that?" I whisper, another tear falling down my face. I walk back to my chair, and secure my eyepatch back on. I let out a deep sigh, and turn to the others.
"He sent those four. We start training tomorrow, if anyone objects, your arm gets broken. That includes you Miss Yui." My dead tone returns, and I leave to my room, Grimoire in hand.
I bury the book in a different part of the floor, right under my bed. I make sure to fix everything that had been ruined before by those two idiots, and change into some pajamas. I rip off my eyepatch, and bury myself into the plush comforters, burying my face as tears streak my face.
