An Aching Heart

Sonia's POV

Sitting in a little Cafe,I look at the gold engagement ring on my finger,wondering if all of this is real or just one of my silly dreams. Without noticing,a smile crept on my face,I never knew that one day I'd be engaged to an artist. I look out the window while I took a sip on my coffee,I was expecting someone. Then someone sat infront of me,startling me a little,it was my fiance'. He catched his breath as he smiled at me  "Mianhe yeobo,I tried to come as fast as I can."  he explained  "Gwaenchana.."  I gave him a faint smiled. "How long have you been waiting?"  he asked as he took a sip of my coffee  "29,30 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes."  I looked up from my watch as he placed the cup back on the table. "Owh..."  he said. I lean on the table as I looked at him "Mwo?"  he asked when he noticed me looking at him  "I was wondering,when are we gonna start plan the wedding?"  I asked with a smile  "Umm... I don't know,when is the right time to get married?"  he chuckled  "I'm thinking maybe summer?"  I suggested  "That's to early,yeobo. We'll never get to finish the preperations in time."  he said  "Autumn?"  I gave another suggestion  "I'm too busy in Autumn."  he said as he leaned forward  "Bom?"  I said  "You wanna ask Park Bom?"  he raised an eyebrow  "Aniyo,I was thinking maybe Bom (Spring)"  I laughed  "Oh..." he chuckled  "Ok,Bom it is."  he held my hand. So,he confirmed it. We were getting married in Spring,that's 7 months from now. I never knew getting married would be this exciting.

I almost choked on my seaweed at dinner just now when Seunghyun hyung announced that they were getting married in Spring. That's like 7 months from now maybe less. Everyone was happy,I had to fake my happiness so they won't think that I don't support him,well actually I do. How am I suppose to get her back with just 7 months? She'll obviously avoid me when she sees me. Maybe I can talk Seunghyun hyung out of this but it'll be risky,I'll just give it a try. So I confronted Seunghyun hyung who was sitting in the living room watching TV alone. "Hey."  I smiled as I sat down  "Oh,hey."  he smiled as he got distracted from the TV. "What are you watching?"  I asked so it seemed like a normal conversation less than me obviously trying to cut the wedding off. "Umm... nothing good is on."  he simply replied  "It must be exciting getting married huh.."  I started,actually getting straight to the point  "Umm... pretty exciting actually. I've never gotten this serious in a relationship."  he grined  "I'm happy for ya man."  I gave a faint smile  "Thanks."  he said as he focused back on the TV,there was a small silence between us. "I'm just wondering,don't you think it's a little too early to get married?"  I said breaking the silence  "What do you mean?"  he said raising an eyebrow  "I mean... Don't you think that you're still young and you wanna start a family?"  I said  "Jiyong,I'm almost 30,I'm not gonna stay young forever. I know what I'm doing,besides I can't stay a bachelor forever."  he replied  "What about the band?"  I brought the band in the situation  "I'm sure they understand. I asked Daesung about it and he said he was okay with it."  he said,

*Man,he has a reason for everything..*

"Do you even trust her?"  I asked  "What kind of question is that?!"  he asked  "Mianhae,mianhae."  I apologized quickly  "Of course I do."  he replied  "We've been together for so long."  he smiled,I sat there quiet. "She'll be a great mother one day."  he smiled as he focused back on the TV,I rolled my eyes but he didn't notice,

*You're not even married yet and now you're thinking about having kids?*

"You're okay with it,right?"  he looked a little worried,I wanted so much to say 'no' but I just said 'yes'  "Yeah.."  I faked a smile  "As long as you're happy we're fine with it. I'm happy for ya man,I really am."  I forced a smile  "Thanks."  he smiled as he give me a fist bump.
