It's been a little over a week since we've been in Aspen and today we got a surprise none of us were expecting. Surprise visit from Asher's siblings. Let me just say, his siblings could intimidate the President. Or, at least, his sister could.

She was tall and slim, wearing a navy cardigan with a white blouse, black dress pants, and heels. Her blonde hair was flowing down her back in luscious waves, and her beady blue eyes were stone cold. Her lips were put in a tight scowl and she observed her perfectly manicured hand.

His brother was nothing like I would've thought him to be. One, he's a total playboy so he's wearing this gray button down shirt that has only a couple buttons buttoned down and the rest of the shirt showing his chest. It was a nice chest, yes I looked. He wore dark blue jeans that sagged down, black slip on Vans, and a gold Rolex on his wrist. His blonde hair was greased to the side, as the bottom of the head was shaved except for the top part which had long hair. His blue eyes were less cold than his sisters but they were very lusty.

"Katherine, James, what are you two doing here?" Asher asks, through gritted teeth.

"Well brother we wanted to enjoy our luscious house in Aspen but I see you brought in a bunch of penniless stragglers in here...so much for enjoyment," Katherine said in a stuck up tone.

I was going to say something but Alec grabbed my hand and shook his head. Something tells me that it would be better to keep my mouth shut but if she said one more thing, I was going to rip those ugly extensions right out of her shallow head. Asher sighed deeply but smiled.

"What do I owe this visit?" He asks.

"Father sent us here, just to tell you, he's having a family dinner tonight and you have to come. So rather than make this more painful than it needs to be, we'll see you tonight at six."

            "No."

            "No?" His sister asked.

"Yes, no. I have plans to hang out with my friends who I actually enjoy spending my time with and not people that I dislike spending my time with."

"Asher, you don't have a choice. If you don't go, then we'll come to you. And you know father will," Katherine says, sharply. Her gaze falls to me and she smiles, "We haven't met, I know the other three, but I don't know you. I'm Katherine Montgomery-Sparks."

She holds out her hand, I shake it, shooting her a weird look, "I'm Evie."

"Evie, such a pretty name, is it short for anything? Evelyn, perhaps?"

            "No...just Evie."

She nods, "Well I guess some people prefer less sophisticated names, that's okay. Evie have you ever been to a Montgomery dinner?"

Asher's glare narrowed on her, "No."

She turns and looks at him, "Shh baby brother, it isn't nice to talk to someone older than you while they're talking to someone else. Now Evie, since my brother is being stubborn, let me put it this way, would you be interested in accompanying him to the dinner?"

            "Why me?"

"Well he can't show up with one of the other guys, that'd be weird."
