John's POV
I quietly opened the door to my Thomas' family's house, making sure I didn't make any noise. I crept towards the stairs and saw the kitchen light on. My eyes and legs wandered to the area. Jefferson sat there on the phone. His eyebrows were furrowed.
"James what are you saying?... Wha- but babe!" A tear fell from his eye. "No no no please listen to me.. JAMES WAIT. DONT YOU DARE HANG-" he froze and looked at his phone.
"Tommy what happened? Is James hurt?" I asked walking towards him.
"He dumped me. Over the phone!" His sadness turned to anger and betrayal. "Turns out he's been in love with someone else for the majority of our relationship! Didn't want to hurt me. Yeah right. Wait a whole fucking year to say 'oh I don't really love you oops sorry' I mean what the fuck!" He spoke louder and faster as he went along. Soon his words came out as jumbles. I held up a hand.
"THOMAS MADELINA ROSARIO MAUREEN JOSHUA WOODS JEFFERSON! SHUT THE HELL UP AND LISTEN TO ME!" I screeched knowing Momma was out for the night. Thomas' eyes grew wide and he closed his mouth. "Get some chocolate icecream and two large spoons. I'll get the blankets and sappy movies like The Notebook or Titanic. Actually. Both." I ran upstairs and grabbed the biggest comforters I could find. I ran into mom and dad's room and grabbed some of Momma's movies. I was tempted to grab Fifty Shades of Grey, but didn't.
I ran downstairs and put in Titanic. We both started to eat from the icecream tub.

Jefferson started to sob into to icecream so I let him have the rest of it. I pulled out my phone and saw that Alex texted me.

I turned off my phone and heard Tom singing 'My Heart Will Go On' very awfully while sobbing. I sighed.
"Go to bed." I took the now empty tub and spoons and walked to the trash and cleaned up. I walked back into the living room and saw Thomas asleep on the floor.
Smiling, I placed a pillow under his head and trudged up to my room. As soon as my face hit the pillow, I was fast asleep.
