Chapter 14
Keady’s POV
I walked to the nearest bus station and waited for 20 minutes. As it began to rain a herd of strangers ran for cover under a glass booth. Before I knew it I was squeezed in between two women, loudly talking over me. I finally saw bus 42 pull up and I sprinted out of the equivalent of a sauna. I hopped onto the bus, and put my headphones in knowing that I had a 45-minute ride ahead of me. We stopped 15 times and then finally came my stop. I loaded my phone and headphones back into my bag and stepped off of the bus. I opened a small piece of paper that Lexi had given me. It had Mr.Huntswood’s address on it. How she got it, I had no clue.
“Those bitches.” I muttered under my breath as I buttoned up my coat and walked with my head down. Why couldn’t they have gone? This honestly isn’t my problem and it isn’t their’s either. We should’ve never even considered looking for her. I should’ve never went along with it. Ugh, whatever…there’s no way out of it now.
The GPS app on my phone told me that I was a 2-minute walk away from the home. I felt a wrenching pain in my stomach, like the one you get when your parents say that have to talk to you. I texted Reece and Lexi “S.O.S” and before I knew it, both of them were planted right in front of me.
“What’s the emergency? Fire, extensive bleeding? Please don’t say extensive bleeding ‘cause I’m not emotionally prepared for that.” Reece said as both she and Lexi ran around the corner. As Lexi realized that I was standing there, perfectly fine with a big grin on my face, she tapped her foot and spoke in her pissed off tone of voice.
“Bitch, you’ve gotta be shittin me.” She said angrily. “Do you know what we just did to get here so fast?”
“No, so don’t bore me with the details. The point is, there is no way I’m going into that house alone.” I said as I pointed around the corner.
“Gosh Keady, you’re such a baby.” Reece said as she pushed her out of the way and made her way to the house. Lexi and I lost sight of Reece and we chased after her. We saw her staring with her jaw dropped. Lexi and I looked in the same direction, only to find that Mr.Huntswood’s house was SOLD.
We watched as a random family carried boxes upon boxes up the front steps. I double-checked the address and it was the address of the same house that stood before us.
“So I guess that’s it. We can’t just keep stalking people that we barely know and accusing them of kidnapping our friend. This is it, can’t we just end this right here right now?” Keady said.
“Just end it? Are forgetting who this is for?” Lexi said as she pulled Reece and I behind a shed.
“Listen, I miss Bree as much as you, trust me I do! But…” I said as Lexi cut me off.
“But what? What do you expect me to do? What do you expect us to do? Do you want us to just go on with our lives and pretend this never happened?” Lexi screamed as she started to tear up.
“You see what this is doing to us? We’re doing at it like 7 year olds. Maybe we just need to forget it.” Reece said as she moved one step closer to me, staring at Lexi.
“Just forget it? You want to just let it go?” Lexi screamed once again.
“Well, maybe letting it go is what we need to do.”

Okay, I'm going to be completely honest...I just wanted to put an end to this book. I have another book idea that I really want to start. The next book will be a continuation of this book, however it will be more based on Pretty Little Liars, and trust me it will be far more interesting. I started this book for fun, but now I want to seriously write the next book. Thanks for reading!
