Sweat is dripping off my body as I run full speed on my treadmill. My favorite playlist is on replay giving me a boost of energy. Currently 'Window Shopa' by 50 cent is playing and I can't help but rap the infectious lyrics, it puts me in grind mode before I go to work.
As I step off the machine I've been on for an hour, I can feel the breeze of the air conditioning. I look at the mirrors around me admiring my toned body, I took out that mess Jamal made me put in. I like my natural curly hair anyways.
(Pause window shoppa)
"Damn girl okay!" Porsha yells when she enters my workout room. "Let me get a picture for your Instagram" I let Porsha make me an account only because she said it will make Lyon Dynasty bigger. People all over the globe would be able to see my work.
"Do you have to? I mean you post all the time" I state.
"No I dont, you barely got 30 photos gurl come on. I mean you need a man, you may look 20 girl but you ass pushing 40 and you ain't even married" she laughs.I haven't told her about me and Lu being back together because I know she'll be mad. Even though I treat porsha like a kid sometimes she's my best friend and she knows it. She has been there when Lu hurt me for the millionth time and she really doesn't want us to get back together ever.
"For matter a fact I do got a man. You needa keep ya nose out my business too, I'm a grown woman" I say snatching my phone from her to see the photo she just posted.

"Oh it's kinda cute.What's 'pc' tho?" I question.
"Pic credit duh. I need to get my follow game up" she states.
"Yea I almost got triple your followers" I laugh. I don't even use this mess but for some reason people find looking at pictures of me interesting.. I don't really like the concept of social media, but it seems like everybody and they momma got an account.
"That's only because you famous and shit, Lyon Dynasty the wave right now" she adds shaking her head.
"Yeah I know" I say pushing my hair off my shoulders.
"Mhm feeling ya self and shit" porsha laughs rolling her eyes as I look at myself through the mirrors.
"Yep now get out let me finish my workout" I state walking her to the doors. As soon as she disappears through my door I press play on my music and start to wrap my hands for kick boxing.
