I looked up at her and smiled, "somethings are better left unsaid" i said playing with my fingers on the table.

She raised an eyebrow and then looked down.

I could feel Johanna's eyes looking at us carefully..hoping i could open up to someone..

But i wasn't ready..yet.

The cold breeze of November hit my face as it gently blew my hair back.

I walked at the silent streets of Brighton. Full of cars and shops.

I remembered how i always used to say that i will get married to an attractive guy when i reach 25 years old when i was a kid..
I said that i will travel all around the world and meet new people..

Look at me now..such a funny ending.

The Harmonies of Arctic monkeys bounded through my apartment as the loud sound of the Drums and Electric guitars played mixed with Alex's voice.

I smiled to myself as my favourite song kept on playing nearly knocking my ear drums out.

I heard a bang on my door, i got up to open it and saw it was Emily.

🎶"I'm going back to 505. If it's a seven hours flight or a forty-five minute drive. In my imagination you're waiting laying on your side with your hands between your thighs"🎶

"Turn it down" Emily said covering her ears

I waited for another 15 seconds 'till the harmonies started fading away.

"There you go" i smiled at her and turned away from her as she got in.

No.1 party anthem started playing.

"You always listen to Arctic monkeys?" She asked taking off her coat.

"I'm sorry babe, next time you're coming i'll make sure to listen to shitty music that you usually listen to" i said smirking.

"Don't make fun of my music! What were you doing anyways?" She asked sitting down next to me.

"Reading" i pointed at the books beside the table.

"What novel?" She asked

"You get so alone at times that it just makes sense" i said.

"It's not a novel" she Complained narrowing her eyebrows.

"Well you asked!" I said in defence.

"Why didn't you come to work today?" She asked.

"Sam told me to take a break" i said hugging my knees

"You need it" she said.

I nodded my head slightly..wishing i never need it..

"It doesn't even make me cry..it's just there..bothering me like an annoying fly" i said my eyes nearly closing as the waves crashed.

"I'm tired" i let out a big yell as i fell on my back. Looking up at the sky. The dark blue colour..one of my favourites..

Emily just sat there staring at the ocean as the waves crashed.

I watched a cloud as it moved slowly. Revealing the dark blue colour from behind it.
