10 Days Before
I sat on my couch with my wooden table in front of me.
Drawing the starry night by Van Gogh for the 10th time. For some reason i never really get bored drawing the starry night, plus it wastes alot of time 'till it's finished. And since i don't really have anything to do at the night time i decide draw trying to get more skills, or maybe just killing time.
I dipped my 0/2 brush on my yellow acrylic colour and added a few touches before i wiped down the brush into the towel i had on my lab.
I heard a knock on the door that made me look at the hanging clock on my wall.

2am. I got up smiling to myself knowing it's my bestfriend, Emily.
I opened the door to be greeted by the blue eyes of Emily and two cups of coffee on her hands.

"Heyoo" she said giving me a quick hug as she stepped in. "Hey babe" i said walking after her
She sat on one of my couch. "Here, i brought you your favourite" she said with a bright smile handing me my coffee.

"Thanks love" i took a sip from my coffee. She stared at my table curiously.

"Watcha doing?" She asked looking at me

"Just drawing" i replied smiling warmly at her.

"Well, i have eyes. I can see that you're drawing. But what are you drawing?" She said smiling smartly at me

She's always that douchebag..she's like me..

"Well if you're curious i was drawing the starry night" i closed my eyes and gave her a small nod as i talked

"Again Celine!" She said leaning back
"Umm..yea" i said weirdly taking a sip from my coffee

"You draw the starry night way too much" she said pointing at the wall next to me where i hung all of my starry night drawings at

"Oh c'mon Em, they're only 10 drawings..and this is the 11th" i looked at the table next to me as i narrowed my eyebrows

"what is so interesting about it tho?" She asked

"Well, first it's a Van gogh drawing!" I said.

"Second, it's a great time killer" i added

She rolled her eyes at me.

"Hey don't roll your eyes at me" i complained

"Whatever, wanna go for a walk?" She huffed

"Sure, i'll go change" i said as i got up placing now my empty cup of coffee on the table.

I put on my black hoodie that is now too big for me.
When i first got it, it fitted perfectly but now nope.

I put on some pale blue jeans and my black vans

"Let's go" i said
To her as i turned off my room lights
I huffed my scented candle and we walked out of my small apartment.

Once i got out of the building i was greeted by the cold breeze of the winter.

I loved the winter, and being a british girl made it even better.
Brighton is usually very cold whether it's summer or winter and it's usually rainy as well.

"So where we going?" Emily's voice rang into my ears

"To the beach" i said sighing

The beach was the only escape for me and Emily.
Through the few years that we've been friends i discovered that me and Emily never really discuss our life or what happened through our day unless we're sitting at the rocks of brighton beach.

I don't know why but..two years ago i used to stay silent when i go to the beach and won't stop telling people about my problems.
I used to tell alot of people about what happened in my life, i just needed someone to listen but now..i don't really know what happened to me. I've changed..alot.
