"That was delishious." I say, slurping up my last noodle.

"Can't disagree with you there. " Temari inputs.

As we finished we paid and tipped the guy who ran the stand. I said goodbye and told him I would come back soon. He had recognized me when I came in and fawned about the days when I was younger. He also said it was good to see me.

We waved goodbye as we exited and slowly walked up the street.

"Well I'm beat," Temari yawns, "Don't we have homework to do too?"

I nodded, "yeah I think so." I say, recalling all the classes I was in today.

"Man that's totally dumb, giving new students homework on the first day. Hey Sakura, wanna do my homework  for me?"

I laughed, "No way, you're on your own."

She sweat dropped, "Of course I am."

I took a glance around, I had an odd feeling that I was being watched, a feeling that I had come very accustomed to. I stopped and took a good hard  look behind me, analyzing every building and door way. Temari noticed and stopped.

"Everything ok Sakura?" Temari asked but she was already doing the same thing I was.

Maybe I was just being paranoid from constantly feeling this way or perhaps someone really was watching me, who knows? Either way It wouldn't surprise me.

"It's probably nothing." I shrug, "And even if it was something I don't want to worry about it right now."

"Sure, whatever you say." She shrugged but her face betrayed her look of concern, she didn't press the matter however.

And so we went home. We had some time so we pushed our mattresses into the rooms each of us had chosen, we did a little more unpacking and then took care of the homework we were given.

I did end up doing some of Temari's homework, which I really didn't mind and she slipped off to bed earlier than me. When I finished I put the work neatly away, turned off all the lights, set my alarm and crashed on my mattress.

The next morning when my alarm sounded and shut it off and hurriedly jumped up before I fell back asleep. I stretched and yawned then went to make sure Temari was up. I got the same grumbled, irritated reply as yesterday before I shut her door and started up some coffee.

It didn't take us long to get ready and get to school and before I knew it I was already sighing in front of the doors to high school.

"I don't think I have the energy for this today." Temari groaned.

I laughed, "Oh come on Temari it's only our second day." Although, I did kind of feel the same way, I just had no idea what today was going to bring and yesterday was crazy enough. I still had no idea how to approach my old friends or really what I was doing with my life but I was kinda hoping things would start falling into place and start making sense; I really needed to figure things out.

Temari and I went to homeroom. As we sat down I felt the stares on my back again but this time it wasn't so vigorous. After that Temari and I split up; Her to math and myself to Chemistry.

I walked into my class, after a few minutes of searching for it just before the final bell rung. I introduced myself to the teacher but her only looked bored.

"Yes, Yes, miss Haruno, my only empty seat is next to Mr. Uchiha, he will be your lab partner for the rest of the semester."

I fidgeted a little, I didn't think this was going to turn out very well. I hesitantly walked over to my seat, trying to not stare at Sasuke but he couldn't be bothered, I'm not sure he even noticed that I sat down.
