Jeonghan and Seungcheol sat in detention, 3 seats away from each other.

"This is bullshit," Seungcheol started grumpily.

"Yeah, and the worst part is that I still have to work with you on this dumb project," Jeonghan said back to him, rolling his eyes.

"Yeah, well I can't get a bad grade in a science class so you're gonna have to deal with it."

Jeonghan looked over at Seungcheol skeptically.

"Why would someone like you care about grades?"

Seungcheol shot a glare at Jeonghan that made the blonde flinch.

"You rich people think that less fortunate kids like me don't have a chance to do anything good with our lives. But just so you know, we do. I've already been accepted to 2 colleges and I'm applying to more. So I keep your prejudice mouth shut."

Jeonghan, wide eyed, sat back into his seat. It was silent for a long time, except for the faint ticking of the clock on the wall. The conversation hung over the boys head. Both thought about apologizing but neither did. They didn't want to be the first to say something, so they didn't say anything.

It wasn't until 30 minuets later when Jeonghan finally decided to say something.

"What are you studying to do?"

"I'm gonna be a doctor."

There was another minuet of silence after Seungcheol's plain and simple answer. Jeonghan was surprised by it. Maybe he had been stereotyping. But honestly, he didn't know when or if he was stereotyping. He just grew up being told how certain groups were. His parents would pick out people on the streets and tell a young and naive Jeonghan their financial standing and exactly how they lived their lives. And he just assumed that's how it worked.

"What about you?" Seungcheol spoke up.

"What?"

"What do you want yo do?"

"Oh..."
Jeonghan paused and thought for a little while.

"I guess I haven't thought about it. I don't know."

And for almost the rest of the whole hour, it was silent once again. So awkwardly, and painfully silent. But soon enough, they were allowed to leave.

"Just come to my house after school tomorrow," Jeonghan said as he rushed out of the now empty classroom. Seungcheol followed him out and curiously watched walk down the hall to meet Mingyu. They interlocked their hands and made their way to the exit. Seungcheol then pulled out his phone to text Wonwoo.

Jeony boy
I'm serious about talking to Mingyu.
If you do, you're dead.

So my creative writing class is pretty cool so far. My teacher is a redneck but other than that I really like it.

I'm really excited to get better at writing ^_^
