Seungcheol walked into school the following morning, going straight to his first class, wanting to avoid seeing Jeonghan at all costs. After leaving him just days before, he couldn't bear the thought of seeing him again, afraid of what Jeonghan might say to him. Seungcheol knew that he didn't mean anything he said in the car. He didn't mean to hurt Seungcheol the way he did, but seungcheol felt so overwhelmingly guilty about how he responded to the situation, that anything relating to jeonghan made his head hurt.

Soon, Wonwoo,  Mingyu and Hansol walked into the room.

"What happened to you?" Wonwoo asked worryingly.

"Nothing," seungcheol shrugged, "just a little trouble. It doesn't matter anymore."

Wonwoo was a bit disappointed to hear this answer, but he didn't push it any further. He didn't want Seungcheol making a big scene at school... again.

There was a long silence between the group. The three boys were careful around Seungcheol when he was very obviously in a bad mood. But eventually, Hansol spoke up.

"So, you and Jeonghan didn't kill each other over the weekend?" He asked with a chuckle in his voice. But Seungcheol only rolled his eyes.

"Jesus Christ. You can be so abnoxious!" He groaned. "Why don't you all just go to your own classes already. God."

Mingyu, Wonwoo and hansol looked at each other, and then back at Seungcheol. They reluctantly obeyed and left the classroom, leaving Seungcheol alone.

He laid his head down on the cold wooden desk and let out a long sigh. He couldn't stop thinking about Jeonghan. He was probably so hurt by Seungcheol leaving him like that. He felt so guilty. He didn't want to see his face when he walked into that classroom. He didn't want to have to get in front of the whole class and present this dumb project. The two were very well prepared for it, but just the thought of being up there with Jeonghan made Seungcheols stomach sink.

Students slowly started to trickle in, but Seungcheol kept his head down, not wanting show his face to people that feared him. That was the only thing that kept him from breaking down at this school. That authoritative type of respect that kept people a safe distance away from him.

Well, everyone except Jeonghan.

He walked into the room much late than that he usually does. He spent a whole hour laying in bed, debating on whether to come to school or not. Being around Seungcheol was the lady thing he wanted to do. He felt so awful after the things he had said to him, and he wanted nothing more to apologize, but school was not the place he wanted to do that.

When he entered the clasroom, he noticed Seungcheol with his head, facedown on the desk, wrapped in his arms. It was a pitiful sight, and for a moment, Jeonghan looked at him with sympathetic eyes, before realizing that people would be staring. He went to his seat that was right in front of Seungcheol and sat down. Dreading their presentation that was soon to come.

The teacher had begun talking and after a few minuets, she started calling people to present their projects. Jeonghan and Seungcheol cringed every time she began reading out names, hoping they wouldn't be called next, they counted down the minuets until class was done, praying that maybe they could go tomorrow instead of today. But, just after the third group had finished, they had gotten their hopes up, and their names were called.

Jeonghan stood up stiffly and and turned around to Seungcheol who was starting to sit up as well.

"You didn't forget it right?" He asked, nervously.

"Forget what?" Seungcheol replied.

Jeonghan a eyes widened out of surprise and hesitated a moment before he answered.

"... the project."

Seungcheol glared at Jeonghan, narrowing his eyes and gritting his teeth.

"Are you kidding me?" He said, "that wasn't my job."

The two boys were starting to get angry at each other, their mutual tension getting in the way of the small problem and causing them to make a big deal of it.

"Boys, it's alright. You can go tomorrow," the teacher said. But she went entirely ignored as Seungcheol and Jeonghan continued to argue.

"What do you mean it wasn't your job? It was saved to your flash drive!" Jeonghan yelled.

"That I left at your house for you to bring!"

"You expected me to know that!?"

"Yes! I did! Because that's what we agreed on!"

The two were screaming at each other at this point, other students around them were nothing less than amused by the fight waiting to happen.

"Well, then why don't I remember it?" Jeonghan asked with sass in his voice.

"Maybe because you're just being an asshole who only cares about himself!" Seungcheol rebutted.

"Hey! I'm not the selfish one here! It's not like I offered to buy food for your entire fucking family-"

Before Jeonghan could finish, Seungcheol's fist collided with his cheek and he was on the ground.

"Shut the fuck up!" Seungcheol yelled. Jeonghan could hear more words flying from his mouth, but they slowly faded away as he saw administrators pulling Seungcheol out of the room.

Jeonghan looked around to see the entire classes eyes on him. Looks of shock and disbelief were spread across their faces.

"Y-you're bleeding," a girl in the front row whispered.

Jeonghan slowly brought a hand up to his cheek and felt the sticky warm liquid. He then looked at his fingers that were stained red with the blood.

"Oh," he said, "I am."
