I lay in my bed, staring at the ceiling, silently barganing with my self in my head.

Alright Ayano. You can like him. But as soon as you try to kill someone you're done. Ok. Now, I don't think I should tell him just like that. But then again, we saw how well that worked out with Taro. Maybe, I should just ask him. Ok! I will. Play it cool.

I went to the computer, opening the chat from the message that Budo sent me.

'I'm fine. Emiko told me something about you and I want to know if it's true.' No. Too forward.

'I'm fine. Emiko said you had a crush on someone?' There. I hit send, seeing three dots pop up. D(BEAVERS)n. I was hoping he would reply later today.

'Guilty as charged.' D(FLUFFY TAILED BEAVERS)n that cocky, over-inflated ego, son of a handsome devil-wait what?! Did I just...call him handsome?! I told myself I could like him, but I couldn't kill. I was taken out of my thoughts by a ding, again from Budo.

'And she's the most beautiful girl I've ever laid eyes on. Especially when she's mad. I love how her dark hair sparkles in the sunlight, her eyes always holding some type of emotion even though she tries to hide it.'

~alright, alright. Emiko's POV~

I opened the door, allowing Taro to step in.

"We should go out for some lunch. You look like you haven't eaten in weeks!" He said, poking one of my ribs that could be felt.

"No! I-I mean, I'm good." I said, my voice quiet from lack of water.

"When was the las time you slept, or showered, or drank water for that matter?" I looked down, trying to remember.

"The day before I told you what happened." He gasped and dragged me to the kitchen. He pulled out a cup and filled it with water, setting it infront of me. He made the quickest sandwhich I've ever seen and put it on a plate then handed it to me.

"Eat." Was all he said as he sat next to me.

"I'm not hungry."

"Eat it or I'll force feed it to you." He said, grabbing a fork for emphasis.

"Alright, alright." I said, forcing myself to take a bite. I quickly drank some water, the cold sensation tingling on my tongue.

"So, since you haven't slept or even left your bedroom I'm guessing, what's been keeping you awake at night?" He said, lightly chuckling as I snarfed down the sandwhich.

"Budo." He sighed, looking at me.

I giggled as Budo sent yet another cocky reply.

'So uh, how do you think I should do it? With some flowers and chocolates at her door, maybe a necklace, oh! What if I show up at her door and kiss her?'

'I honestly don't know. If it were me in this situation I would find out what she liked first.'

'Well, I have no idea what she likes. So, tell me Ayano, what do you like?'

'Why are you asking me you big dork?'

'All girls like the same things right?' I facepalmed, typing a reply.

'Yeah sure. Good luck with that.'

'So, what do you like?'

'Honestly, I would just like to be with them.'

'Ok, so I'll ask her to meet me at the park at 10.'

'Good luck!'

'Thanks.' I sighed in content as I closed out the chat. It felt good to help someone, even if it was to hook them up with another person. I was about to get up when I heard a ding. I turned back, opening the chat again.

Budo: 'Please meet me at the park at 10 tonight.' I felt a blush spread across my cheeks but quickly shook it away.

'Need a wingman, huh?' I typed back, giggling at my own joke.

'I guess you could say that.'

'Alright, do I need to look nice?'

'Nah.' 

'See you then!' 

'See ya.' He was such a dork somtimes. 

~CAUSE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER, I'M CHANGING THE POV! Budo POV~

I walked to the flower shop in Shisuta Town (<correct me if I'm wrong). When I walked in, a little bell jingled.

"Just a sec!" A girl called from somewhere in the store. A few seconds later, a frazzled looking young girl came from somewhere among the colors. "Hello sir! What can I do for ya?"

"I'm looking for black roses, if you would happen to have any?" I said, tucking my hands in my jeans pockets.

"Lucky for you, we just got a new shipment in today!" She said, walking into the colors. I followed, arriving at a rose stand. She started grabbing roses, putting together a bouquet that was better than I imagined. "So, who's the lucky lady?" She asked, wrapping the flowers.

"The love of my life, Ayano Aishi."
