~Emi POV~

"I love you, Emiko." 

His sobs still echoed of the walls of darkness.

"I love you too Taro!" I shouted as loud as I could. I closed my eyes, trying to wake up. I opened my eyes, still seeing darkness. I layed down on my back, trying to see him over me. I kept my eyes closed but reached up. I felt...

~Taro POV~

Her arm moved. Her arm. Moved. She reached up and touched my face. She felt around, as if she were trapped in darkness.

"Emiko?"

~Emi POV~

"Emiko?" I opened my eyes, seeing a hospital room. I flung myself at the nearest person, Taro. I sobbed into his shoulder and hugged him as tight as I could. "Emi..." 

"I love you Taro I love you so much it's not your fault you couldn't do anything I just love you!" I rushed all the words i'd been dying to say out at once as I sobbed on him. He chuckled and buried his face in my neck, wrapping his arms around me. I felt his tears run down my neck and smiled. I was glad he was the first person I saw. The door burst open, causing me to jump. I looked up and saw Ayano running in, sobbing. She launched herself at me, wrapping her arms around my stomach since Taro's were around my shoulders.

"Oh, Emi!" She yelled, sobbing into me. I pulled her next to Taro with one arm and hugged them both. Budo sat on the bed next to us and patted my back. (NO DIRTINESS INTENDED IN AYANO'S SPEECH)

"I knew you would make it, champ." He said putting his arm over my shoulder. Sadly, the doctors rushed in and moved everyone, except for Taro, who got moved into his bed; out. They closed the curtain and started checking everything. I couldn't move my legs because of the thick casts around them. After they finished everything, Ayano came back in and set food on the tray next to me, then moved the tray in front of me and sat at my feet. I bit into the sandwhich as Budo wheeled Taro over. At least he only had a broken leg. He seemed fine except for a few scars and a hand print around his neck that seemed like it was almost gone.

(THAT AWKWARD MOMENT WHEN YOUR FANGIRLING SO HARD YOU CANT THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE TO WRITE) 

"So, what happened?" Ayano asked and I almost choked on my food. "I mean, you were out for two months."

"Uh....." I trailed off, setting the rest of the sandwhich down. "Well...."

"You don't have to tell us if you aren't comfortable." Taro interjected, sending Ayano a glare. She put up her hands.

"It's fine."

I explained everything, leaving the part of Pipi out. I said that there was a strange girl who tried to kill me. After I finished, Ayano and Budo said there goodbyes and left to head home for the night. Taro and I both ate, quietly talking. The doctors came in to turn off the lights while a nurse was making sure we were good for the night.

"Excuse me?" Taro asked as she finished checking up on me.

"Yes?"

"Could you move me over by Emi, please?" He asked and she nodded, moving him over until our beds were joined. She added support to the middle and latched both beds together before locking up and leaving. I rolled on my side, facing Taro.

"I heard you." I whispered as he moved over and let me use his arm as a pillow.

"Huh?"

"When you would talk to me. I heard you. It wasn't your fault. I'm just glad you aren't too badly hurt. I can't imagine what you went through while I was in a coma."

"I can't imagine what you went through while you were in a coma." He said, pulling me closer. "I can't imagine how terrifying it was to see yourself die. I was so scared when you did...I thought you were gone." 

I looked up at him and kissed his cheek.

"All that matters is that I'm here." I snuggled into his chest and closed my eyes.

"I love you, Emi." I smiled as I fell asleep.

This chapter is really short so I'm going to add an exerpt from the....new story i'm going to write! Yeah, that's it!

I smiled as I fastened the back of the dress. It was a beautiful dark red one. I can't believe they were finally getting married. Highschool sweethearts, together for five years after, and then he finally popped the question. She walked out, struggling with her dress. I chuckled and helped her.

"Thanks. You know, you two have to get married soon." She said, putting her veil on in the mirror.

"He hasn't even proposed yet and you've already dragged me dress shopping twenty times!"

"Well he should! It's been seven years!"

"I know, I know." I said, hearing the door open.

"We need to go!" I helped her with the veil, then rushed out the door. I walked down behind the flower girl, followed by the bridesmaids. I stood next to where she would, smiling at him, the best man of the groom. We had been friends for a long time, the four of us. She walked down, taking her place.

(YADA YADA YADA, you know how it goes.)

"I do." He said, sliding a ring onto her finger.

(Blah blah blah)

"I do." She slid one onto his finger.

"You may now kiss the bride." They shared a kiss, then walked down the aisle smiling. I grabbed his hand and we followed, followed by the bridesmaids and then the guests.

I stood in a group with him, talking. I didn't care that she was about to throw the bouqet, I honestly didn't have any interest.

"Look out!" One of the people shouted. I turned around, the bouqet flying into my hands.

"Dang it!" I yelled, looking at her bouqet. She laughed from the balcony where she stood. I felt him tap on my shoulder and turned around,not seeing his head. I looked down to where he was on his knee. I clasped a hand over my mouth as he pulled a box out. He opened it revealing a beautiful diamond ring.

"(First and last name), will you marry me?"

"Yes!" I yelled as I flew into his arms. He stood up, allowing me to stand up as well. He set me down, placing the ring on my finger. I hugged him again as everyone clapped. They laughed on the balcony as they watched us, side hugging eachother with pure happiness for eachother and us in their eyes.
