Caught with a Yandere

FRIES!! I mean...five!

I laid on the bed, my arm bandaged with and IV and my stab wounds bandaged. I had to take pain killers every three hours and I took visitors except for at night.

"So, Ayano, I know that these past weeks have been hectic but I'll still need a statement." The police officer said, getting ready to write on her note pad.

"I woke up because I heard the window break. I walked downstairs, and saw it broken. I went to the kitchen to get a knife and Osana attacked me from behind. She stabbed me twice, then I got her arm and she stabbed me again. She tried to strangle me, but I kicked her off and I managed to stab her. I ran to Taro Yamada's house and I told him what happened. Then he brought me to the hospital." I whispered, trying my best to sound depressed and scared, keeping my voice shaky.

"And why did you run to Taro's house?" 

"He was the closest person I knew." I whispered, looking at her.

"Why didn't you call the police first?"

"I blanked and...my first action was to run for help. D-did Osana make it?" I asked, looking at her as her face softened.

"I'm afraid her funeral is tomorrow." She said, standing up. "I'll get this to the station." 

I forced myself to cry as I buried my head in my hands. Hehe. I killed her. I killed Osana. The door creaked open and Budo walked in. I looked at him, continuing to sob.

"Ayano? I heard what happened. Oh god, are you ok?" He said, kneeling down next to the bed.

"I-I killed h-her...I k-killed Osana...I-I need t-to go to j-jail..." I said, looking away. "C-can you go g-get the officer a-and tell her I l-lied and that I d-did it-"

"Ayano stop. You did it to defend yourself. You won't go to jail. She attacked you first." Budo said, cutting me off. I looked over to him, shaking my head.

"N-no...I s-still killed h-her..." 

"You could've died. I'm glad you saved yourself." He said, holding my hand.

"It should've been me..." I whispered looking down. His hand connected with my cheek with a loud slapping sound.

"I told you if you ever said anything like that again I would knock some sense into you." He said, leaving his hand on my cheek. I leaned into his hand, much to the surprise of me. My eyes closed as I...enjoyed this?! But...I like Senpai. I don't like Budo. I opened my eyes just in time to see Budo lean in. His lips pressed against my mine. I felt myself kiss back, my eyes closed. He pulled away, the door opening seconds later. He pulled his hand back and looked to see Taro.

"Hey Budo, hey Ayano." He said, getting closer.

"I gotta go. I don't wanna keep my club waiting." Budo said, walking out. Taro walked over, turning my head to the side as he squinted at my cheek.

"Did he...hit you?" He asked, his voice sounding too calm. I looked down, putting a hand on my cheek. It was still warm from Budo's hand. My lips still tingled from his kiss. I should be mad. My first kiss should belong to Senpai and only Senpai. Taro suddenly stormed out, slamming the door, causing me to jump. What was happening?! I probably just got into the acting too much. Saki walked in, slightly shaking as she sat down next to me.

"Hey." Her voice was soft as she looked at me. "How you doing?"

"Better."

"It must be hard. First Kokona, then Oka trying to kill you, then Midori...then Osana trying to kill you, and then poor Yui put in a wood chipper while she was sleeping. And now Osana..."

(LET ME KNOW IF I MISSED ANY I'M FANGIRLING TOO HARD AND I FORGOT.)

I sighed, Saki looking at me.

"Sorry." She whispered, looking down.

"It's fine."

"I'm glad you got away from that b(WOAH SAKI. WOAH. EASY GIRL)h." She said, glaring at the window. "Well, are you hungry? I could go get you something from the vending machines." 

I shook my head, looking at my hands in my lap, still thinking about Budo.

"I heard you get released at the end of the week." She said, looking at me. I nodded, sighing again. "It's hard to believe you've already been here for two weeks."

I just nodded again, looking at the door as someone knocked.

"Come in." I called, my voice soft. Not like I could get up to answer it. Kuu Dere came in with yet another set of blue balloons and red roses. She tied them with the rest of the balloons then set the roses in the same vase the other five dozen were in. She sat next to Saki, looking between us. She was actually a sickening sweet girl once you got to know her.

"Hi Kuu!" Saki greeted, smiling at her. Kuu smiled back.

"Thanks, Kuu." I said again, the words lodged in my head. There was an entire drawer of get well soon cards from the entire school, including the delinquents.

"You're welcome, Ayano." She said, looking out the window. I was glad no teachers had stopped by today. The nurse of course just wanted to make sure the doctors were taking care of me properly. I swear everytime she comes she brings her entire office! There was a knock on the door again and I sighed. Kuu got up to answer it, whispering something to the person before walking out as Taro walked in. He took her seat, looking at Saki and waving. She smiled, blushing as she waved back. Great! Now Saki, the one person I started to trust, has to die. I pretend yawned, Saki noticing. 

"Well, Taro. We better get going so she can rest." Saki said, standing up.

"I'll be out in five minutes." He said, looking at her.

"You better be or else I'll never let you see Ayano again." She said, walking out. He turned back to me, moving closer. He grabbed my hand, looking into my eyes.

"I hope you get better by the end of the week." He said, leaning in. His lips meant mine, similar to Budo's. This one was different. I kissed back after a few seconds, too deep into the kiss to realize Saki snapping pictures of us. Taro pulled back, much to my dissapoint, standing up.

"I'll see you tomorrow, ok?" He whispered, kissing my cheek before walking out. Saki ducked behind a wall, pretending to be waiting. I hear Taro mutter 'shut up' before they walked away, leaving me to wallow in my sorrow that I couldn't be with my Senpai. 

"I swear I'll kill Saki and if I find out that any other girl has talked to him, I'll kill her too."

My heart still thumped from the moment he kissed me.
