#HIGHSCHOOLGRADS

~Emi POV~

After a long day of checkups, the doctors finally released Taro. Ayano and Budo had arranged a graduation party for the four of us at a resturant in town. 

"Hey, you ok?" Taro whispered as we walked behind Ayano and Budo.

"Never better." I muttered, looping my arm through his. He chuckled and pulled it back, instead wrapping it around my waist.

(Give me one second to fangirl explode. RIP headphone users. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE)

"We're here!" Ayano called, walking in and nearly dragging Budo. We still followed, sitting at the table with them. A young girl walked over, dressed in uniform. She had bright pink hair and sparkling pink eyes.

"Hiya! May I get some drinks for you?" Her voice matched the pink. Highpitched and shrilly. Nonetheless we all ordered drinks and watched her dissapear. 

"Her hair is horrible." Ayano muttered. We all laughed at her and chatted for a while. 

"Here you are!" The pink lady returned, setting our drinks down and batting her eyes at Taro. "Anything else I can get you?"

"You could get your googly eyes away from my boyfriend." I said, glaring at her.

"I'm sorry, what?" I rolled my eyes at her glare.

"I see the way you're looking at him." I heard Budo mutter something like 'chick fight' across the table right before Ayano elbowed him.

"Excuse me, but you do know it is illegal for siblings to be together, right?" I really wanted to smack her. Like, really wanted to.

"Who do you think you are?" She opened her mouth to say something but Taro cut her off by kissing me. He pulled away, leaving me shocked and staring at him. She stormed away, and a few seconds later a different waitress appeared. She was much nicer and took our orders for food. 

Halfway through dinner I excused myself and headed to the bathroom. He kissed me. He actually kissed me. I left the stall I was in and washed my  hands in the sink. I looked into the mirror, seeing pink lady behind me. I rolled my eyes.

"What do you want?" She didn't answer and instead rammed my head forward, shattering the mirror. She pulled me back by my hair, tossing me against a wall. "Rude." 

She seemed angered by me and grabbed my tie, pulling me forward and shoving me into another mirror. She rammed my head into the sink before the door burst open.

~Taro POV~

"So how's life outside of highschool?" I asked Budo. 

"It's good." He said, putting his arm over Yan's shoulders.

I jumped up as I heard glass shattering in the bathroom. I ran across the resturant, hearing a thud followed by more glass shattering and another thud. I threw open the door, seeing Emi groaning as she rolled onto her side. Two mirrors we're shattered and there was blood on the sink. The first waitress was standing there, sobbing.

"What the hell happened?" I asked her, glaring at her. 

"She came in here and attacked me like an animal! It was only self-defense!" I didn't buy that for a second.

"Really? Why were you even in here? There's a staff bathroom!" I didn't keep any anger out of my voice as she continued to fake sob.

"Taro." Ayano said, grabbing my arm. "Maybe you should leave."

"Do you see what she did to Emi?!" I shouted, turning on Ayano. "She didn't even have a good reason!"

"And what are you doing? Yelling at her when you should be with Emiko." She had me there. I huffed, moving towards where Budo was helping her up. She had bad gashes on her forehead. I took her from Budo and led her out the door.

"Are you ok?" I asked, hugging her close to me as we sat at the table.

"I'll be fine." She said, leaning her head on my shoulder. I pulled a napkin off of the table and dipped it in my water, wiping the blood off of her face. The waitress ran over, handing me a first aid kit.

"Thanks." I said, holding a piece of gauze on her head and adding two more, then taping it. Her eyes teared up from the pain. I brought her into my chest, kissing the top of her head. Ayano and Budo came back over, Ayano shaking her hand in pain. We grabbed our things, me grabbing Emi's, and headed back.

"Are you ok?" I asked Emi, recieving yet another groan.

"For the millionth time, yes!" I chuckled, pulling her closer to me.

"I can't help it if I'm worried about you." I said, kissing the side of her head. She blushed, looking at the buildings we passed. The walk to her house was long, and we had already passed mine and dropped Yan and Budo off at Budo's place. 

"I know." We walked down the streets, arriving at a small grey house. She turned around, hugging me before walking up the steps.

"Wait!" I ran up the steps, grabbed her arm, spun her around and crashed my lips onto hers.
