The group is busy preparing their stuffs for their Island Hopping adventure in Malapascua Island...
They had breakfast early so that they could meet the "Bangkero" on time..
They went to the shore and the boat is ready for them but its a few meters away so they need to get into the water. they hopped on the boat...
Jacob: "Let me help you up".
He lift her so she could reach the bow of the boat... it's too shaky because of the waves... "Hold tight" Jacob said..
Then he lift himself to get into the boat...
Aireen: "Salamat".
Jacob: "No, I should thank you, for taking me back to the hotel last night, I was so drunk".
Aireen: "We're even now".

Malapascua is known as one of the best places to learn scuba diving in the Philippines. You don't have to worry about the diving equipment because there are numerous shops in the island where you can buy them or rent them.

Jacob and Aireen's friends first diving destination is none other than the Lighthouse Dive Site, which is famous for having the rare mandarin fish. Mandarin fishes are said to be one of the most beautiful and colorful fish in the world. The unique "dance" they do when they mate is also one of the main reasons why divers go to the lighthouse. People who want to see mandarin fishes are advised to dive before sunset.

Another attraction at the lighthouse is the wreck of a Japanese World War II landing craft, which sunk in 1945. The shipwreck now serves as an artificial reef for all kinds of sea creatures.

The group really enjoyed the Views of the sea creatures and colorful Corals..

But Aireen is quite terrified to their next destination. she was never been a fan of sharks...

Malapascua Island was not spared when Typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines in 2013. While many dive sites and resorts were destroyed by the typhoon, the island's thresher sharks were part of the reason why tourism in the island remained active.

The rare thresher sharks can be seen at Malapascua's Monad Shoal at any given time of the year, attracting a lot of visitors from all parts of the world. You have to go 98 feet or 30 meters deep to catch a glimpse of the thresher sharks.

Jacob: "What's wrong?"... "Don't tell me natatakot ka sa mga pating"?
Aireen: "Sino ba naman ang hindi matatakot sa mga pating no?!"
Jacob: "You'll be fine.. try to think of this, if these thresher sharks are harmful, hindi nila tayo papayagang makita sila"..
Aireen: "Kahit na, Natatakot parin ako sa kanila".
Jacob: "You don't have to, Nandito ako para sa'yo, Di ako aalis sa tabi mo".
Rhea: "Kaya mo yan Gurl kapit lang!"
Kearl: "And pag umatake yung pating ipakain mo yang si Darren haha".
Jacob: "Grabe ka sakin Kearl ahh!"
Marla: "And besides, marami tayong puponta doon kaya chill ka lang".

Their guide asked them to get ready,... they put on their oxygen tanks and goggles..

Jacob: "Ready ka na?"
Aireen: " I think so, Sabay na tayo tumalon!"
Jacob can sense that she is really afraid to see the sharks, she's Trembling... He hold her hands and told her "Everything will be alright, you have to face your fears"...
Aireen Nods... "Okay, lets count to three"... Jacob said
He hold her hand and jump off together...

There are approximately twenty divers with them, Including the three guides... Its been ten minutes ago but they haven't spotted any Sharks and Aireen is liking it, She is holding Jacob's hands while he is eagerly waiting for the thresher sharks..

The sharks are not dangerous to humans and will swim over the side of the shoal if startled. Threshers like to circle, sometimes in twos and threes, so if we see a shark as it is swimming away, it is likely the sharks will soon come back into view. On their dives, Jacob and Aireen move slowly,...."and if we see a shark, we stop and wait." Jacob showing his water proof phone...he typed again"If we stay still and make no sudden movements, sometimes the sharks can come so close you could almost touch them"...
Aireen was shaking her head showing disagreement about his idea....
