Established in August 2002, CASA VERDE is a chain of family-owned restaurants in Cebu City and in Diliman, Quezon City. Spanish for "green house", CASA VERDE's name was influenced by the owners' Spanish roots and the color of the Ramos Branch, which used to be one of the family's ancestral homes.
Originally, the Ramos Branch was supposed to be just a small canteen that catered to the residents of the 2nd floor dormitory and some students from nearby colleges. Through word-of-mouth and recommendations by family and friends, the humble canteen soon became a full-scale restaurant. After almost a decade and three branches later, CASA VERDE has grown into one of Cebu's most popular dining destinations.

Kearl: "Ang tagal naman..."
Aireen: "Sorry naman, traffic kasi eh. laki pa ng binayaran ko sa taxi. don't me! hahaha"
Rhea: "Tara na sa loob? gutom na ako talaga"
Kearl: "Oh, bat ka naman matamlay? may sakit ka ba?"
Aireen: "Wala, eh kasi si Jacob hindi na nag paparamdam. mag tatatlong araw na akong walang balita sakanya"
Rhea: "Baka may ibang babae na yung boylet mo, ang pogi pa naman non. ang daming mag kakandarapang babae don"
Kearl: " Luh? porket di na nag paparamdam may iba na agad? ganern ka nega teh?"
Rhea: "Baka lang naman gurl! ito naman masyadong high blood.."
Aireen: "Tara na nga gutom lang yan, hindi pa naman ako kumain para marami akong makain ngayon"
Kearl: "Ikaw pa? eh parang black hole yang tyan mo eh, parang nawawala agad ang pagkain"
Aireen: "Grabe ka sakin Kearl ha!"
They settled at the table not far from the stage and ordered their food.
Rhea: "Bakit ba kasi hindi na nag paparamdam si Jacob sayo Ai?"
Aireen: "Kasi, parang ayaw ni Papa sa kanya, baka daw katawan ko lang ang habol pagkatapos pag sawahan iiwan din lang."
Kearl: "Ang nega ni Uncle ha, mabait naman si Jacob sa tingin ko ah"
Aireen: "Alam ko, at baka sumuko na rin si Jacob"
Rhea: "Okay lang yan Ai, baka busy lang yung tao, hindi ba may resto sya sa Cebu?
Aireen: "Oo, Meron. napaka memorable nga ng lugar na yun dahil doon kami unang nagkakilala talaga"
