~Drew's POV~

I got into the passengers seat in Lily's car. If Levi had waited 5 more seconds I would have known her reaction, whether she would have pushed me away or encouraged my movements. The car ride back to her house was awkward, neither of us saying anything. Was she annoyed with me? Maybe I was too forward? Of course I was too forward she literally just found her boyfriend cheating on her hours ago. I wanted to kick myself for being so stupid. Lily kept concentrated on the road, and her expression was unreadable which was worrying. When we finally pulled into the driveway, she got out of the car almost immediately and walked inside. I followed her cautiously, until we were greeted inside.

"Hey man" Austin said "Wanna go out tonight? Me and Nate were thinking about it and we saw a great place to go"

"I'm alright thanks" I declined his offer and he looked confused " I think I'll go straight to bed, I've been jet lagged since we got here"

Austin shrugged and went over to Lily, I saw them talking and laughing. I walked upstairs to the spare bedroom that I had been staying in, but before I reached the last step I saw Lily look over her shoulder at me smiling.

I had been up for the last hour staring at the ceiling. I had blown my only chance with Lily, she was clearly uncomfortable with the forwardness of my actions. I couldn't sleep every time I closed my eyes I could see her face full of confusion. I rolled over sighing hoping I'd be able to sleep soon, when I heard a knock on my door. It opened and I saw Lily standing there with a huge smile on her face, her laptop under her arm, and 'The notebook' clutched In her hands. I smiled at her and she knew she was invited inside.

"I thought we could have a movie night, the two of us. The others are watching a movie downstairs with my mom"

"Sure" I answered moving along on the bed making room for her to sit beside me. She opened the laptop and put the movie in playing it. I loved this movie but the more I stared at the screen the more my eyes flickered over to Lily's face watching her reaction. I smiled when she did, and soon I was watching her more than the actual movie. Halfway through the movie I could see she was getting cold from the breeze from my window, I always slept with my window open. So I opened the blankets for her to crawl inside which she did, soon she laid next to me with her head on my chest. I smiled and put my hand on her shoulder creating circle motions with my thumb.

When the movie had ended I closed the laptop and put it on the table next to my bed. Lily made no effort to move, I brushed her hair out of her eyes and found the reason to why she was so still. Her eyes were closed and she was breathing heavily and peacefully. I stared at her, she was the most amazing person I'd ever met. Instead of moving her, I reached up and turned the lamp off.

"I wish we didn't have to keeping leaving" I barely muttered and within in seconds, with her beside me, I fell asleep too.

~2 weeks later~

~Lily's POV~

Today was officially my last day of school, I'd be graduating high school and I'd be off to college by the end of this year. When I got to school I sat in the hall next to Sophia. Various teachers did speeches wishing us luck in the future, each felt like they were dragging on more than the last. When all the speeches had finished we all rushed out of school to try our first taste of freedom since kinder garden. Sophia was squealing and we hugged congratulating each other. We then went to pose for pictures in our graduation robes. My mom was first in queue taking loads of pictures.

"I'm so proud of you!" She shrieked taking several more pictures of me and Sophia together. Suddenly I heard her phone ringing, so she took a break of being the photographer to answer it.

"I can't believe it" I said to Sophia

"Me either" she replied "I'm so proud of us for actually surviving"

I laughed before my mom was tugging on my sleeve.

"It's your brother" she said pointing to her phone "he wants a word" she gave the phone

"Hey!" I said excitedly, we hadn't spoken in a few days as he'd been busy.

"Congratulations!" I heard four familiar voices shout. I giggled, I couldn't wait to see them in a week.

"Thank you!" I said "I miss you guys!"

"We miss you too Lil" said Levi "we are all proud of you"

"Well I'll see you all in a week, I've got go mom wants more pictures" I said rolling my eyes "Give my love to the guys"

"Erm no I most defiantly won't" Levi says grumpily.

"Not like that" I laughed "just tell them I said Hi"

"Will do Lil, see you soon"

"Yeah, bye" and the phone call ended.

Sophia stayed over that night and we got pizza as a treat from my mom. The next week dragged on, not only was I waiting for the boys to come back from London, but because I was no longer at school, I had to help mum with her wedding preparations. Linda's wedding was barely two weeks away, so my mom was becoming more and more stressed as the days went by. I helped her phone several places, and making the final decisions. I had found it hard the past couple of weeks, as usually I would occupy myself by going to the beach, but I could no longer go there in fear of running into Jason. Not only was I still trying to get over our break up, but Jason had been trying to contact me, I ignored everything he said, I didn't want to hear any of his excuses. The boys returned the next Saturday with four weeks off of tour, I was so happy by their return. Mom didn't let us have any time together though, she managed to find us all jobs in organising the wedding which was approaching. A week before the wedding I sat with the guys making various calls to the venue, cake decorator and Linda's family members. It was then that we all turned around to see my mom in floods of tears rushing into the room.

"Mom what happened?" I asked worriedly.

"I'm fine, honey" she said breathing deeply, she always got into a state before the event she was planning was about to go ahead. My mom is such a perfectionist that she worries about ever detail.

"I've just been very stressed today, turns out the photographer hasn't been contacted and now the DJ can't make it until eight, which means the guests will have to wait an hour with nothing!"

"Mom it's going to be fine" I reassured her "we'll get another DJ"

"At this time?!" She sad dramatically "it's too late notice, you'll never find anyone!"

"We'll play" suggested Drew

Everyone turned to him, slightly confused.

"We will entertain the guests before the DJ arrives, a live band performing will be something unique" Drew looks at all of us "Of course if it's a bad idea then-"

"No no no" my mom almost screams "it's perfect! Drew you are a life saver!" She runs up an hugs him before dialling Linda's number and skipping into the kitchen.

I smiled at Drew and the other guys patted him on the back.

"Thanks man, it means a lot" said Levi.

My mom was right, Drew truly was a life saver.
