~Lily's POV~The day of Linda's wedding finally arrived, and after all the tears and drama, everyone was actually really excited. Since my Mom had planned the event, we all got an invite to the ceremony and after party to admire her work. Mom had been keeping me busy as usual, and I hadn't seen the guys as they had been busy rehearsing for the event. I got up and ready putting on the lilac dress I had bought a couple of weeks ago for the occasion, and curled my hair. When I was happy with my appearance, I made my way downstairs where my mom had already prepared breakfast. She had clutched in her hand a notepad of everything to do with the wedding and her phone in case the bride or groom had to contact her.
"Quickly eat" She said "Or we might be late"
In actual fact there was no way we could be late, the wedding was in an hour and we were both ready to go. I finished my breakfast, and assured my mom that everything was going to be perfect when the front door opened and the guys walked in. They were all dressed in suits, making them look incredibly smart compared to their normal ripped jeans and converse. Drew's suit was navy blue which went perfectly with his hair, and made him look like a magazine worthy model. The other guys were dressed in grey with blue ties to match the colour scheme of the wedding.
"Ready to go?" Levi asked our mom. He would be driving us to the venue.
"I think so" My mom replied excitedly. I stood up from the table and the guys looked in shock.
"Wow" Austin exclaimed.
"No way can you go out like that!" Levi said strictly "There's going to be guys at this event" None of us knew whether he was being serious, so instead we all laughed. Drew stood in shock, his mouth wide open, and I blushed.
"Not so bad yourself, Dirksen" I said walking past him, patting him on the shoulder and out to the car.

The venue was beautiful, it was a church decorated in blue and white flowers. The church was over flowing with guests, smiling happily about to witness a commitment of love. Huge glass stained windows lit the room with light. Music joyfully played from a huge piano in the corner of the room. We took our seats at the back of the church and waited for the ceremony to begin. The flower girls entered first, in little white dresses throwing blue petals on the ground as they walked. The Bridesmaids followed in blue dresses, the maid of honour leading them. Finally Linda made her way down the aisle in a gorgeous white wedding dress. As the bride and groom said there vows they were crying with happiness, and so were a lot of the guests. I saw Nate lean of to Austin teasing him, and saying that he could have sworn he'd seen a tear leave his eye. Once the ceremony was over and the bride and groom had been showered with gifts, we made our way to the reception. It was only me and my mom that entered the reception at first because the guys had to go set up their equipment. We sat at our assigned table and soon the guys joined us. We ate our food, and then the speeches began, during the speeches the guys when to warm up, so I sat with my mom who seemed very pleased with all her hard work. Each table had big vases of flowers and fairy lights. The tables were dressed in white cloth, and had very expensive looking chairs surrounding it. It was the perfect setting, and by the way Linda was beaming, I could tell she was having the best time too. When the speeches had finished, some of the tables were cleared to make room for the dance floor. I saw the guys instruments set up, ready to be played. When they entered the room, the crowd clapped, they looked really nervous as they hadn't done anything like this before.
"Hi everyone!" Said Austin into the microphone "We're The Tide, and we will be playing a few song to you this evening" I was so proud of them.
"Congratulations to the bride and groom, and thank you for having us, this is Reason to Stay" Levi said before starting to play his bass. The guys started to play the song, it was beautiful. Soon the dance floor was full of couples swaying side to side, and I could see my mom with a tear In her eyes. By the time the guys had played their third song, nobody was sitting down, the whole dance floor was packed with everyone dancing wildly having a great time.
"Okay this is our last song" Said Drew and the audience sighed. "It's called Young Love" He looked over to me smiling. I moved to the front of the crowd next to where Drew was standing as he sang his lyrics 'You are all I want and I've got no regrets' straight at me. I clapped as his solo ended and began dancing again. These guys were absolutely amazing! When The Tide had finished performing, they cleared away their instruments and let the DJ set up.
"That was incredible!" I said as they returned hugging my brother. "You guys are awesome, I'm expecting tickets to the next show" I said playfully.
"Thanks" Says Levi "You're always welcome Lil, you know that" I smile congratulating all the boys on their performance.
The dance floor was soon packed again after the DJ had started, and my mom went off chatting to some of Linda's family. I watched Nate dance with a girl he'd met, and laughed as he was obviously trying to impress her. Levi had gone outside a while ago to answer his phone, and I couldn't see Austin anywhere. I looked around for Drew who was sitting on a nearby table by himself. I walked over to him, and sat beside him. His green eyes only seemed to get brighter in the darkness of the night, which was going by so fast.
"Having fun?" I asked him grinning
"Yeah, apart from the fact my friends have ditched me" He laughs
"I guess that makes two of us" I say looking around for a sign of anyone who I recognised. Just then a song I knew started to play.
"Wanna dance?" I asked Drew hopefully.
"Aren't I meant to be asking you that?" he says taking my hand and leading me to the middle of the dance floor. We are surrounded by a crowd of people, and he puts his hands on my waist as I put mine around his neck. We sway slightly, side to side looking into each other eyes. As the song progressed I laid my head on his shoulder, this moment couldn't have been more perfect.
"Come with me" He whispers gently, and we separate. I follow him outside where there is a balcony which is covered in lights and flowers, this must have been my moms idea. I lead against the balcony looking at him expectantly. The outside is empty, as most of the crowd seems to be on the dance floor or talking to each other next to the buffet. Drew paces up and down a few times and I watch him, before taking his hand in mine. It's a warm comforting feeling, and I clutch it tightly and bring him close to me to stop him moving. He looks awkwardly at me, maybe even nervously, his mind seems to be racing.
"What are you thinking?" I ask him softly.
"Whether I should do this or not"
He says and I am confused for a second until he brings his hand to my face and kisses me gently.
