Be careful, you say, of the evil things
that hide where the wild things live
we'll share our fear like drugs
passing it around, like a bong
And we'll be waiting for you to return with our heads
and mother will be waiting for you
please, she says,
come back to bed
Cause when our souls are through
and we reach the ending point
we will shut our eyes
and though we're so human, we'll try not to disappoint
And we'll have fun deciding
who to sacrifice the next time
and we'll be stuck surviving
until the next blue moon
