The New Recuit (Abe love story)

Chap. 1 How it Left Off...

It starts where the story was last left off. Red quit with Liz and Abe to follow. after that Red start his own business with the monsters. His own B.P.R.D. called P.E.D (Paranormal. Extreme. Defense.) He now lives in a big house with Liz and Abe to keep him company.

Liz is now 9 months in the pregnancy. Liz and Red and even Abe cant wait. It was any day now that she might give birth to the twins. Red and Abe were taking a few days off because of the expected twins.

But Red and Abe knew sooner or later that they would need more people. So together Red and Abe went around town putting up posters and sending emails to some people they thought would "fit the bill".

After words a girl by the name Joan Rosenfeld anwsered the email. They sent back saying they would like to interview her over Skype. She excepted then they all went to Skype each other. Joan then answers the screen with a hello. They then go on to the interview asking her about how shes experienced in combat. She lists her several different jobs, and how she was in the the armed forces. They said that they where impressed and that they would like to see her the next day.

Joan then got her plans and plane tickets and flow to New Jersey were Red and Liz's house was. She then knocked on the front door and Red answered with Abe next to him. Red then said "come on in and make your self at home". she thanked Red, and walked in. She then said " its nice to finally meet you guys in person. So what are we going to hunt exactly." Red said "were going to hunt monsters." Joan says with a sigh of relief "finally I get to hunt the things I know most about." Abe then says " yes, but there is more to it then just your training." Joan then replys " oh I know.I know you were going to ask about my powers." Abe " how did you know." Joan " just like you I a frontal lobe. so i know what thinking your .What he's thinking. Well anyone " Abe " what other powers do you have? if you don't mind me asking". Joan " i can heal when I'm wounded and i can heal others". Abe " how?" Joan " hold out your hand and i will show you." Abe then gave her his hand and she pulled out a pocket knife and made a small cut to Abe's hand. Abe " ouch." Joan " sorry." She then gave her hand a small cut, she put her cut over his and as they both healed together Red and Abe were stunted. after she remove her hand from his he inspected it and the wound was gone. Abe " what else?!" Joan "i can jump very high and i'm very strong." Abe and Red "your hired." Red "We would like to see you again tomorrow." Joan "OK I will be back tomorrow to get started. If you need me at all here's my number." Handing Abe a small piece of paper with writing. When Abe looked there at the paper he saw the number and instantly memorized the number. Joan "this is my... personal number." Joan smiled. and so did Abe. So after that they said their good byes. And she left to find a nearby hotel to check in. Abe went into his room thinking of his dear princess he lost. Nuala. It had been months since he lost her to her sacrifice to save Red and the world from the Golden Army. Then after he was thinking of Joan. And what was her past like. he only had a quick glimpse of her past then wondered why would she...

Mean while Joan thought if she should let her self get involved and fall for someone she bearly just meet. She got out of her funk payed the cab driver and went to check in. But still it stayed her head. Still thinking about it...
