****Char's POV****

I've been trying to ignore and keep my conversations short over the past couple of days with Chris. I've been trying to make up my mind about what I'm going to say to him. It helps because he's been away for some business deal and we've not been able to see each other.

I've decided though that I really need to make things up wth Pete and I need to swallow my pride and at least accept their relationship. I want to have a relationship with my brother, rather than hating him because of who he likes, and maybe even loves.

I was going to take Lola on a walk over to his house and go and see him. I was dressed in black ripped jeans, with a black top and a beige draped coat.

I was walking through the park when I saw that Pete, James, Tommy and Dan were all sat on the grass

I was walking through the park when I saw that Pete, James, Tommy and Dan were all sat on the grass. Lola spotted Pete as did her slow run over to him. He noticed her and gave her a stroke.

"Hey Lola" He said and then looked at me. "You alright?"

"Yeah" I said and then bent down and gave his dogs and quick cuddle. "I was actually on my way over to yours. Is there any chance I could have a quick word?"

"Sure I was about to get going." We walked to his house and went through to the garden. The dogs were let off and they were running around the garden. "So what did you want to speak about."

"I need to swallow my pride and accept that you and Megan are strong and I need to move on. I need my brother, I just missed having your calming words and advice."

"What's up?" He asked when he noticed my emotional state.

"I'm just so confused with this Chris and Jon situation. Kate is a good friend of mine and I'm constantly in the middle as I can see the thoughts on both sides."

"I just think that you need k keep out of it. I think you're in a good situations where you are, Chris is good for you and he's different from Jon. This whole argument and fiasco will be over soon, and when that happens you'll regret breaking it off with Chris just for that."

"This is why I missed you" I said.

"I missed you too. So what are you doing now tonight?" He asked.

"I'll probably just stay in and have a little pamper thing, I need to get ready for this pool party. I'll do my fake tan and probably get mum round to have a girly night."

"We'll have fun, I'd invite you wth Megan and I but I think you and Megan need to have a chat on your own first."

"Come on Lola" I shouted and then attached her lead to her collar. "I'll speak to you tomorrow."
