The Polovo Building

I woke up to see Vince laying next to me. I pulled Betty out from under my pillow and flipped him on his back my knife to his neck. He put his hands up but I didn't move "Whhhhyyy Vince I'm tired leave me alone" he chuckled "Sorry to bother you princess but I heard a rumor you sleep in barely anything and I had to see for myself clearly they lied" I rolled my eyes what I had on wasn't nothing but it sure didn't leave much to the imagination. His eyes glanced at my frame but refocused them when I smacked him with my knife "What the hell do you want" he sat up and grabbed my hips "You know the answer to that" I groaned and slid of his lap the position making me feel weird "I'm kidding Danny wants to see us something about the Hangman place" I nodded and changed in the bathroom then following him down. Danny was frantic yelling and pacing back and forth "The police shut down the Hangman place because of an electrical fire that killed all my men... I've had Rondo cover it up and make sure no one dug too deep but we gotta make up for losses which is why Antonio is coming to the Polovo place to talk international business" me and Vince exchanged glances and I signed "What are we going to do" he raised an eyebrow at us "You two a package deal now if I want you I have to take your boyfriend" I scrunched up my face and waved him off "No I meant you called us both in here so I figured we'd both be needed" he shook his head "No I want you to come with me Vince just went to get you" I rolled my eyes "Quit playing matchmaker I'll go and be ready by..." he finished for me "9:45" ok then. I nodded and walked out to my room where I contemplated how I was gonna trash this Polovo building. It can't be the same thing as before otherwise they'll see a pattern. I want everyone to be as oblivious to my operation as long as possible. An anonymous tip to the police about strange activities taking place at Polovo place should work. However I gotta be able to get Danny out before the cops get there. If Danny goes to jail I won't get to see his face when his empire crumbles and the cause stands at the ashes dancing. I'm saving him for when I burn down the house that he lives in. The last thing that motherfuckers gonna see isn't a cell it's gonna be my boot or my gun. The day went by fast and I was pleased to know that the cops were giving Danny a hard time and that I would be going to Polovo alone. He said he trusts me to go and get the work done. And I will. I got in my car driving over and walking in. Unlike the Hangman place this was like a club setting except everyone there was scum of the earth and everything was mixed with weed. I almost gagged on the air but as soon as I stepped someone came over distracting me from the smell "Antonio is waiting for you upstairs" I walked up to see him laying on a bed in a robe. I frowned as the door closed and locked behind me "When Danny said you were beautiful he didn't lie so how do you like it... Rough or you want me to make love to you" I raised an eyebrow at him but figured I'd use it to my advantage. He pushed me up against a nearby wall but I flipped us my nails digging into his neck "How much do value your balls Antonio" I whispered pulling out my lighter and holding them very close to his balls. He opened mouth to scream but I placed my hand over his mouth so the sound reached no one. I pulled it away and he put his hands up "Ok you won what do you want" I smiled evilly "If you can successfully make the police believe there's suspicious behavior going on here and get them here fast I'll let you live otherwise say goodbye to daylight and your balls I'm keeping them as a get reminder of your failure" he nodded frantically "I'll do whatever if it means I can have the Italian division to myself" I shrugged I don't care. As long as Danny doesn't have control I'm good "I'm going downstairs to shoot a couple people but before I do I need to beat me up a little then when I go downstairs and start shooting you call the police" he nodded and I motioned for him to start. He didn't go easy on me punching and kicking me in the stomach and face. When I had a good many bruises he stopped and I got up walking downstairs. I looked around and shot the 3 I didn't like the most then slipped out the back. I got in my car and looked back as the police raided the place and Antonio left the scene in a helicopter. I smiled and drove back to the place "Danny!! Mike! Vince help!" Sofia screeched as I collapsed on the floor. I'm sure my ribs are bruised but I'm fine I've had worse beatings than that shit. Mike and Vince came down first running over to me and taking me to the infirmary. I took a couple sleeping pills inside the car so I was going in and out of consciousness. Vince grabbed my face and shook me up "What happened" Danny stood behind him seething "Antonio called the police and to shut down the Polovo building and must've beat Maris before she could do any damage... How did you get away from the police" he asked "I ran I don't know if they saw me but I had to get out of there" he nodded believing my story and leaving to take a phone call. My tracks are untraceable how would you know I'm involved unless you watched the tapes. The tapes! I fell asleep the last thing I saw was Vince saying thing I couldn't hear. When I woke up Mike was sitting in place of Vince "So you're behind it all huh.... The electric fire, Antonio suddenly being disloyal clever because no one would question the girl who goes to the infirmary each time... Did you even kill Chris and the rest of them" I didn't know what to say other than "Yes it was me but I have my reasons" I said looking at the cameras in the room. I looked back at Mike "I turned them off... Maris how could you we've been through everything together and your trying to tear us down" I wanted to pull my hair out "You've given me everything really?!! Don't speak if you don't know! You have no idea what's happened to me over the years... This gang has taken me from my home, tortured me, killed my children and my husband I have every intention of finishing this job and I will not hesitate to kill you to keep my secrets" I said my voice dangerously low. I wouldn't. I liked Mike but if I have to kill him I will "Chill ok I'm sorry... I didn't know but what are you going to do with the rest of us when you take Danny down" I shrugged "If you're asking whether or not I planned on killing you I didn't I like you Mike the only person I planned on killing was Vincent and maybe Alex" he shrugged "Sofia gets to go as well" I nodded and he sighed "I'll keep your secret and delete the tapes as long as no one who doesn't deserve it dies" I nodded again his terms fair just then Vince came in looking between me and Mike "What's going on in here" I looked at Mike and shook my head "Nothing" we said at the same time. He frowned narrowing his eyes at Mike "Are you sure I'm not interrupting something" Mike laughed "Like what me and Mari were just talking about all the raids on the gang property by the police they're getting too close" I agreed taking note that the next attack shouldn't have the police involved "I think that we should have some...." I was cut off by Danny stomping in the room "I just came from an enlightening conversation with the police and apparently we have an inside problem.... Before the fire started at the Hangman place someone shot all my men and Antonio claims that someone told him to do this... I need everyone on high alert trust no one but this circle if anyone comes to mind talk to me" he left slamming the door behind him making me smile inwardly. I looked at Mike who was watching me warily "Who do you think it is" I asked him "I don't know none of us we've been through too much in this gang it's all we have" I smiled and grabbed his hand when Vince cleared his throat "Maybe one of the men at the last warehouse" I looked at Mike who shook his head "They're all brawn and no brain they wouldn't have able to concoct a plan like this" he said looking at me as he said knowing I'd use that to my advantage "But it would be a good excuse to go and shoot some of them they're all rapists and thieves anyway" I laughed and took mental note of it all Vince looked angry but I didn't know why. He breathed in deeply and some through gritted teeth "Mike can me and Maris talk alone for a minute" he shrugged and left us alone sparing a look that said good luck. I looked at Vince who sat back in his chair running a hand over his face "You and Mike really" I laughed "You honestly think that me and Mike are together" I said laughing some more but stopping when I realized that he was serious. I straightened up the accusation pissing me off "Who the fuck do you think I am one of your ex-hoes who don't want anything but a good fuck no I am not but I am also not your girlfriend so leave me the hell alone" he looked down his face softening "I can't believe I let my guard down for you" I was growing to be livid who does he think he's talking to. He stood up walking over getting in my face causing me to grip the handle of Betty harder "Tell me the truth are you fucking him after all that shit about your past I bet you deserved all the beatings you got" I didn't care about his feelings at that point all I wanted to do was hurt him. And I knew exactly what to say to do it "Yes I am screwing him behind your back because how could I ever want to love someone as shallow and cold hearted as you someone who's only goal in life is to be the scum of the earth.... I never liked you the only reason you were even in my life was because Danny told me to I hate you always have always will and don't you dare take any of this out on Mike or I'll take out your tongue and feed it to you" I said now standing ignoring the pain in my ribs. He looked angry and hurt but I could care less how dare he talk about my pain and call it a lie. I can't believe I lowered my standards to him. He pushed me into a wall and I threw my knife hitting him right in the stomach. I stood up ignoring the pain and twisted my knife around "Fuck you Vincent" I pulled my knife out about to strike again when Mike pulled me off him pulling me into his chest. I breathed in and out calming down. I looked over to see him looking between us angrily. I could hear Mike trying to calm me and I nodded kissing him and talking him by surprise. It was a small peck and I pulled away immediately "Just go with it I'll fill you in later" he nodded hesitantly but went with my evil scheme anyway. The nurses came in and held Vincent down as they sedated him. He was trying to get to us. I grabbed my knife and Mike walking out to my room "What's going on? What was that" my room was one of the only ones without cameras so I could speak freely "Vincent thought that the reason we were being suspicious was because we're dating or something and I couldn't tell him the real reason however I did not say we were dating until he called me a liar and that all the things I've been through I've deserved" he opened his mouth to say something but nothing came out. He sighed and laid back on my bed "Whhhhyyy... Do I have to play along" I pouted "Please just until I leave then we're free" he raised an eyebrow at me "Why does this have to continue" I smiled "The more pain I can cause that asshole the better" he shrugged and nodded "Fine but I need you to do something for me in return when I think of it I'll tell you" I laughed and jumped into bed next to him. We watched movies and talked about my next mission until we fell asleep. I'm glad I had someone to tell the truth to.
