A car was driving away, trying to run.

Jill/Sapphire was driving after him on her motorcycle.

Oliver/Arrow was in the road ahead of the car, shooting an arrow into his tire to stop the car.

Jill came to a stop from behind the car, getting off her bike, walking closer, opening the driver seat's door, pulling out the man.

Oliver aimed his bow and arrow at him. "The man in the skull mask, who is he?"

"I--I don't know," the man told them.

"You're the biggest street dealer in Crescent Circle," Jill told him. "You know everything that goes on over there. Who is he?"

"I ain't seen the guy before," the man told them. "A skull mask? Are you freaking kidding me? Come on, man. I'm still on parole."

"Not anymore," Oliver told him.

Jill hit the man in the head with the hilt of her sword, making him fall unconscious.

John was in the basement of Verdant.

Oliver and Jill walked in, still suited up, but no longer wearing the masks or his hood.

John was watching the news.

"A spokesman for the Central City mayor's office confirmed the lack of any damage or radioactive fallout from the explosion that rocked S.T.A.R. Labs five weeks ago."

John turned the news off.

Oliver looked around. "Is Felicity not back yet?"

"She said she wanted to spend a few more days with Aurora," John told them.

"Any improvement in her condition?" Jill asked.

"The hypothermia she went through after the freeze out in the pipeline of S.T.A.R. Labs wore off," John told them. "She's... mostly... healed from that. What she's not healed from is losing her fiance in the blast."

"What about Barry?" Oliver asked.

"Still comatose," John answered. "I guess getting struck by lightning does that to you. How'd it go out there tonight?"

"Same as every other pointed conversation we have with these lowlifes in Crescent Circle," Oliver answered. "Nobody... has seen a man in a skull mask." He put the bow up. "But he's still out there."

John stood. "For the past five weeks, you've pushed yourselves pretty hard looking for this guy."

"He has the Mirakuru, Diggle," Jill told him. "I mean, you saw what it took to kill two guys that had been injected. We practically had to drop a building on them. So imagine ten or a hundred, imagine a thousand."
