changed bad boy

chapter 3

Melody P.O.V After a few moments, his expression changed back to normal. Like he wasn't all over me minutes ago. "Nice to meet you, anyways were going to the mall, wanna come?" Ross asked Rydel. "B-But we have school." Rydel stuttered. Ross sighed. "If you want to stay here and be a huge loner, then okay." Ross walked off.  "What's wrong with him?" I whispered as Ross left. "Let's just go to our next class." The rest of the day, Rydel and I talked whenever we could. When I was alone with Rydel, she wasn't the girl I expected her to be. I actually liked her, not in the love way, she was a nice girl.

I walked over to my locker and that's when Rydel changed her attitude, cause her brothers walked over to her. I pretended to be the shy girl I had always been. "So, you decided to stay on school?" Ross got closer and closer to Rydel. I saw she was scared to death. "T-That's how it's supposed to be." She stuttered. He was about to slap her, when Riker stopped him. I had never seen someone stop Ross before. He looked over his shoulder, at Riker. 

"You know it's inhumane to slap your sister." Riker said, looking straight into Ross' eyes. He slowly pulled his hand back and send Rydel a death glare. You wouldn't say they were siblings. THe boys left but Rydel ran into the girls-bathroom. I quickly ran after her and knocked on the door, but all I heard was sobbing. "Rydel, please open the door." I pleaded, trying to sound calmer. After a while I heard the door unlock and Rydel sat there on the ground, make-up all over her face.

I helped her up and hugged her. "Why is Ross this way?" I whispered as we hugged. She sobbed some more and then pulled back. "C-Can I come over to yours? I-I'll tell you what I know..." She stuttered. I nodded. "I guess I can skip Glee-club once. They don't mind." I said and got some napkins to help her with the make-up. "No, no, we can go to Glee." Rydel said. "No, Ross will get mad at you. I don't want you to get hurt." I said. 

Together with Rydel I got home. "Mom, I'm home!" I yelled as I took off my shoes. "Aren't you supposed to be-" She walked into the hallway, when she saw Rydel with red, puffy eyes. "Hi. Who are you?" She asked. "I'm Rydel Lynch..." Rydel said. "You might've heard bad things about me..." Rydel continued. "Look, mom. Rydel and I got talking, and then Ross came and... He didn't accept the fact that Rydel did what was supposed to be happening. He almost slapped her. And I want to know what's going on. And I don't want her to get hurt by her bigger brother. So..." I tried to explain the story.
