Melody P.O.V We had been at Ross’ for a while now, we were making homework together. Well homework… Mostly throwing little papers at each other, and laughing. But after all I got everything I didn’t get before. We ended up cuddling up and chilling together. “I know something we can do.” Ross suddenly said. I got off of his lap and he quickly walked out of the room. Minutes later he walked back into the room with his guitar.
He placed it onto the bed, and then sat down again. He patted on his lap and I sat down again. He grabbed his guitar and placed it into my lap. “Ross, I know how to-“ He placed his finger onto my mouth. “Shh, let’s just pretend you can’t. I’ve always wanted to do this with a pretty girl like you.” He pecked my cheek, making me blush. He learned me the accords to ‘Lego House’ by Ed Sheeran, although I knew them already, and we ended up jamming together.
Everything seemed so easy with Ross. So different from the way I had seen him weeks ago. I had always been afraid of him, but now he was my boyfriend. And I loved his sweet side. “Cause everything has changed.” Ross chanted as our twentieth song ended. I wasn’t on his lap anymore, I was sitting next to him and we looked each other deeply in the eyes.
“I love your beautiful eyes..” Ross whispered and once again I blushed. He placed his hand on my cheek and leaned in slowly, making me feel tons of butterflies. The kiss was soft, and stayed soft. From what I’ve seen when Ross dated other girls, I knew that he liked the kind of make-out kiss, but we both seemed to love it. “ROSSSSSS!” Rydel screamed as she entered the room.
We both pulled away and I immediately blushed at Rydel. “Sorry for the interrupting.” She giggled. “What’s up?” Ross asked like she hadn’t interrupted us. “We’re going tooooooo a party, remember? Are you still gonna come?” She asked all smiley. “Yeah, let us just dress around and we’ll be ready to go.” Rydel grabbed my hand and took me to her room.
She opened up the closet. “Pick one.” She said. I looked at the huge amount of dresses in the little closet. I looked at a tight black one and took it out. I changed in the bathroom and Rydel applied some light make-up. I walked to the living-room, to find Ross in a tight jeans, white shirt and leather jacket. I loved the way he looked.
“Let’s goooo!” Ellington cheered. We all got into the van and buckled up. The ride didn’t take long and we arrived at a huge house with all kinds of colors of lights inside of it. Everyone rushed out and Ross helped me out of the van. I wasn’t used to walking on heels. He held my hand tightly and we walked to the entrance. “Ever been to a party like this?” Ross whispered into my ear just before we entered. I shook my head. Ready for something new.
