Chapter yet again is not spell or gramma checked so apologies from mistakes.

2 months later...

I've settled in now and my house is feeling more like home, Ozzy has visited twice and I've met up with my folks a couple times too but I haven't really spoken to Daryl apart from the times he comes into the diner or Dean asked me to take packages but their rare.

"So uh Sam are you free tonight?" Dean smiled awkwardly passing me the package,

"I guess so." I smiled taking the package off him.

"You wanna go for a drink? Say we meet at the bar at seven?"

"Yeah sure."

I gave him a slight nod and put Daryl's package into the passengers side and then turned around to receive the money from Dean, because it's become like another job i deliver packages to his customers that cant pick up from the shop as he doesn't have to time.

"It's a date then." He smiled before heading back into the auto shop.

"Great." I mumbled to myself.

I climbed into my truck slamming the door and starting it but before I moved I laid back and took a deep breath, I haven't really spoken to Daryl since our argument? Shaking the thoughts from my head I hit the gas and headed off down the road in the direction of the out skirts of town where the dixons lived.

The drive down was short as I had my Blake Shelton CD playing which I was thankful for the quicker this is done the quicker I can leave.

"Oh here goes nothing." I sighed to myself.

I parked up my truck and shut it off pulling the key out of ignition and opening my truck down and dropping out of the truck with a thud, I carefully slid the box over to me and once I had it in my arms I carefully closed the door.

"Hey sugar tits." A fimilar drunken voice called,

I turned to face him and there he stood on the porch In a white vest top and a navy blue button down shirt of course it was opened and all stained with him being drunk and to top it off he had a bottle of whiskey in his hand.

"Hi Merle." I sighed.

"Why don't you bring that on inside?" He smirked turning and heading in.

"Great one Sam." I mumbled to myself.

I took a deep breath and headed on in, the place was a mess, smashed glasses and cigarette butts scattered across the room and the stench on booze hit me making me want to vomit I've never smelt it so strong.

"So Dean got you doing his dirty work now?" Merle smirked taking a swig of whiskey.

"I get paid that's all that matters."

"So you ain't seen Darylina then?"

"Still giving him girly nicknames? And no I ain't."

"He be gone a while now."

"You know where he went?"

"Hunting, I'm glad though now I get your pretty little ass to myself."

"Ha you wish Merle." I scoffed walking over to the table to place he box down.

"I don't need to wish your in my home now."

When I turned Merle was standing infront of the door which was now closed, this sent my heart racing he was drunk and so much stronger than I was I felt like 16 year old Sam stuck in this house with Old Dixon again.

"Why'd we never hook up?" He slurred pointing at me with the bottle.

"Because your vile that's why." I sighed.

"Hey now don't be getting rude it's only Merle."

"Yeah that's what I worry about, now move outta my way." I snapped grabbing the door handle.

"Where you think your going?" He growled grabbing my wrist.

"Away from you what do you think?!"

"Oh no I've waited a long time for this, I ain't letting you get away this time." He smirked grabbing my upper arm and throwing my onto the couch.

"Get the hell off me!" I yelled trying my hardest to push him off me,

"Merle!" Daryl yelled pushing him off me,

"it ain't what you think baby brother."

"Then what the hell is it?" Daryl growled pinning him to the wall and raising his fist.

"What you gonna do!? Hit me? You don't got the balls!" Merle spat.

I watched as Daryl's muscles relaxed and he retracted his first and let go of Merles shirt, they both looked at each other trying to catch their breath, Daryl slowly stepped back and turned his attention to me and Merle just watched on with a slight smirk.

"What the hell you doing here anyways?" He growled,

"Delivering your damn package!" I snapped pointing at the table.

"I didn't ask you to bring it." He mumbled running his dirty hands through his dirty brown hair.

"No Dean did and he paid me I wasn't passing up an offer just because it was you."

"You deliver your package so why the hell were you in here?"

"Your brother here asked me to bring it in and seeming he's wasted I did but I didn't expect to be thrown onto a couch."

"That's right blame it on your old pal Merle." He chuckled,

"Shut up Merle." Daryl mumbled.

"Next time you order something try picking it up instead of leaving someone else to do your dirty work."

And with that I headed outside and too my truck with footsteps behind me, I didn't turn to see who it was I just carried on until I got into my truck and when I did I saw Daryl who was now opening my truck door,

"Are you stupid?" He whispered furiously.

"What the hell is your problem now?"

"You went in there alone with him when he was wasted? How stupid are you?"

"Very apparently." I sighed putting my key into the ignition.

"You know what? To hell with you! I saved your ass! He wouldn't of stopped if I weren't there you know that right?"

"Whatever Daryl." I sighed pulling my truck door shut and driving off.
