Days 200-214

As usual, I have saved the best for last. As of March 3rd, the day after the three of us came to a solution, a remedy to the drama, everything started going a little bit differently.

Sunday, March 6th

Ally Thibault unfollowed the three of us on our social medias. Her and her own little group of constantly gossiping followers were officially Team Anna. And the fact that Ally dared to ask why we unfollowed her back meant that she had unknowingly waged war.

Wednesday, March 9th

There was a slight bump in our full on battle with Anna, and it was my fault. For some reason I had ended up walking home with her, and we talked. Big time. I'll admit, she trash talked Ellie and Alice, and I should have defended them. She smugly said "I'm so glad we're best friends again" and it was at this point that I regretted ever even talking to her that day.

Saturday, March 12th

Alice had a mini birthday dinner for our entire group. Yes, Anna included. We had a great time and the carbonara her mom made was absolutely delicious. But then, of course, Anna had to interrupt. She announced that she

was pregnant.

I mean, she almost burst into tears and rolled around on the floor at least three times, before starting to rush around the dining room panicking.

"What do I tell Jacob?"

"My period is soOooo late!"

"We were being so careful..."

She also announced that Jacob had wanted to start a family with her. They were fourteen. And he was actually and physically moving out of the city. I mean come on, you've got to at least try to make your lies of a reasonable nature.

Then, she got up and left. Three hours before any of us. For the dramatic exit, I guess.

As Ellie and I were about to catch an Uber back home, I got a phone call. Anna. She was under the impression that I was alone, but all three of us were there, gathered, listening. She began by apologizing for everything that she had done. It ran a tiny pang of guilt through my veins, but she kept talking. After she concluded her beg for forgiveness, I asked if I was the only one she contacted. She didn't even bother to talk to Ellie or Alice. Alice was "too scary" apparently, at which she giggled and had to step away from my phone's microphone. When I mentioned Ellie, all she said was "Ellie is... well."

She ended up texting Ellie a few days later anyway, despite what she had said over the phone. Fake bitch? I think yes.

I'd also like to take a step back and mention just one tiny yet important detail. To play a prank and have a good laugh, I decided to trick Anna into thinking I had had sex with Phil. I don't know why him and why that idea even came to mind, but it was funny, watching her actually being interesting in my life for once and asking all these way too personal questions. Of course, Phil's girlfriend was in on it, but there's more to that a bit later. But anyways, I asked Anna not to tell anyone. If I had actually done something with Phil everybody could've been hurt. And it all depended on whether or not Anna would sell out my (fake) secret. And of course, she did. She told John who innocently didn't tell anybody else, but a few months later people still started asking questions. Not only did she do that, sell me out, but there was also a probable reason that she suddenly decided she was pregnant at Alice's dinner. I had told her about Phil and I before she announced her pregnancy, meaning I got all the (fake) attention from everyone at the table. And we all knew, Anna couldn't handle not being the center.
Monday, March 14th

Do you know what it's like to see someone waving around a stick they peed on? Because Alice did.

Let me explain: Anna, still in complete "shock" about her pregnancy scare, had turned to Phil to get him to buy her a pregnancy test, while he was out for lunch. Why buy a pregnancy test during school hours? Attention, that's why.

As he brought it to her, she immediately ran to the bathroom and came out with it, with a huge, seemingly forced smile on her face. Earlier that day, during French class, she had run off because she "thought her period started." Even my French teacher knew something was off about her. Her period "didn't start" and so when the (disgusting) peed-on pregnancy test resulted in a 'negative', she seemed like the happiest bitch in town. So happy, in fact, that she started waving around her urine covered attention stick during English class. As Alice, being her classmate, sat in the back in awe, Anna showed it to Ally, whose exclaim was enough to get Archie's attention. Score.

It was all baby-free fun and games until Anna decided she was actually upset about not being pregnant.

"But what about my family with Jacob?"

"I think I might love him."

"I actually miss the baby, like it was a part of me, ya know?"

Okay Anna.

It was kind of ironic how seemingly obsessed she was with Jacob, when at the same time she claimed to call out Samuel's name six times during her and Jacob's special time in bed. Well it was either irony, or a lie.

Before I forget, another thing happened on this day. After Anna had giddily and gladly peed on her stick (and pretty much her dignity along with it), she came back from the bathroom with some news. According to her sidekick Samuel, some of the boys had been saying some stuff about Alice and I behind our backs. But she didn't come straight out and tell us what they were. She told us separately, to turn us against each other.

Allow me to elaborate: supposedly, Liam Mercure, along with Adam Around and Sam himself had gathered in a corner and discussed us. They had come to the conclusion that I was ugly and that Alice was a whale? Well, either way, ouch. Once Anna heard she kept it from us, and decided to tell Alice about me being called ugly when I wasn't in the room. She did the same to me about  Alice being referred to as a whale. So when I got back from wherever I was at the time, Alice just quickly and easily ripped off the bandage for me. Sort of hurt at the news, I did exactly the same. And Anna? She sadistically smiled.

Tuesday, March 15th

This day was a full on revolution.

I'm not even sure which part of the day to start off with first, because they both intertwine into an event so horrible but also so fun and relieving and great.

So basically, Alice and Ellie had been planning on doing something and they consulted Phil for help. They didn't bother inviting me and I am still, still kind of offended. I'm not that much of a scared prude, no peer pressure guys. But anyways, doing the thing they were planning on doing would have definitely been more fun if Anna wasn't a part of it. You see, Alice and Ellie, without me yet again, discovered an almost abandoned rooftop with tons of graffiti, hidden in a very secret, and shady place, giving it its name, The Shady Place. They didn't want Anna finding out about it because it was more our place, more private and peaceful, and so we tried avoiding her all afternoon in hopes she wouldn't join in after school. I had to practically invite myself, so it wasn't really my place to not invite Anna. Luckily she didn't end up coming with.

And so, as the day went by and we were avoiding, practically ignoring Anna as it was, the final decision was made, and it was officially settled while the other thing was going on.

You must be confused. I'll give you a hint. On this day, not only did I pretty much join the "cool teenagers" club, but I also quit the "Anna Likes Drama" club. And no, that isn't much of an explanation. But why bother.

My friends and I were going smoking. And we weren't inviting Anna. Because she was no longer a part of our group, and we were going to keep it that way.

We were planning on icing Anna out, secretive cigarettes in hand.
