The devil wears snakes

“Can you walk yet?” Raph mumbled quietly, looking down at his student.

“No” Kylee grumbled

“You need to lose weight.”

“RAPH!”

“Raph she does not.” Becce solded, hitting Raph at the back of the head

“I AM NOT FAT!” Kylee defended

“I’m not sayin that, I’m sayin yer heavy”

They were entering the clearing of the school, just getting out of the forest. Mikey was doing cart wheels Becca was trying to push him over. Kylee kept throwing uncomfortable looks at Raph, he tried to ignore them and just keep walking, looking forward. Becca would catch some of these glares, and feel something stir. I can’t believe I’m gonna do this. Why am I gonna do this? I don’t know, I hate myself, but if it helps it helps…besides the gang needs to trust each other if we’re getting outta this hell hole.

“Hey Kylee” Becca said, running towards Raph and trying to keep up with his long strides, “You wouldn’t believe what I found out about Raph.” Becca was grinning like an idiot, trying to make this look convincing. Raph had no idea what she was doing but the smile made him nervous.

“Oh? And what’s that?” Kylee said almost coldly. She wanted to trust Raph, but knowing he was a pervert made it kind of hard for her

“So when we found Professor Moody here, he was all zombiefied under the Mindy's influence and completely mindless. He even attacked Mikey without question.”

“So? He attacks Mikey all the time, nothing different.”

“With the intention to literally kill him? No. She was talking about having him slaughter everyone of us and then killing him slowly. That’s when I figured it out. She was having him do stuff he’d never really do if he was right in the head.”

“So…”

“That peeping act, wasn’t him. He was under Mindy’s control and she woke up when he accidently tore off yer towel, putting it into his head that some kid named Zed made him do it.”

Kylee’s face lit up with joy, Raph knew this would cost him and groaned.  The human looked up at the turtle, full trust glowing in her expression. Raph tried to hide him blushing under a disgusted scowl, though it didn’t work….Becca caught it and her stomach made a loop inside of her.  Kylee wrapped her arms around Raphs neck and laughed in relief, he patted her uncomfortably. “Kay…ya can stop huggin me, ya know how I feel about hugs.”

“Sorry Raph, I’m just happy I can trust ya again! I missed you dude!”

Raph looked at Becca, who smiled at him evilly. “Okay whats it gonna cost me?”

“I’ll make up somethin later. But it won’t be pleasant for ya just know that.”

“Have I eva told ya I hated ya?”

“Only a couple hundred times this year, why?”

“Cuz I hate cha.”

They got to the court yard and helped Kylee get her footing back, the place was like a ghost town no one was around.  Now they had to plot how to get the other two here and all woken up.  Leo was so obsessed with his swords that he had forgotten about the very reason he worked so hard to master them. Donny was consumed with the want of knowledge that he’d forgotten who really needed it. Becca and Mikey had to do the jobs again running off in different directions, leaving Raph and Kylee alone.

“DONNY! DONNY! COME QUICK, YA GOTTA HELP!” Becca burst into the computer lab, and started pulling at the turtles shell desperately, trying to look convincing. Donny turned around, he looked positively dead. “What is it? I’m a bit busy here”
